The environment is good, the health is OK, after all, it is newly opened, it feels like a natural oxygen bar. I was looking forward to it when I arrived, because the environment was very pleasant.
But as a mid-to-high-end homestay, experience determines everything.
We took our pets. Before we went, we called in advance to ask if we could bring pets and told us that the cleaning fee of 200 yuan per day was enough. As a dog owner, it is a family for us, so the feeling is really bad in the later period:
1. Just booked the room as all mid-to-high-end homestays pulled a group, and then sent the positioning to the road book, there is no more, the group did not send anything around in the later stage (the front desk gave a paper road book when I checked in), and then the group was said as what I needed to say. No more service experience.
2. I sent fruit when I checked in, and then I asked for a fruit knife and a tray, and gave me a watermelon knife to cut apples.
3. The room has a playful swimming pool. On the first day, we shared the yard with other guests, and we didn't play in the water. The dog accidentally rushed down, and then saw the back of the sign that the pet could not enter the water, so we grabbed it. The next day, the other room shared by the two rooms was vacant. We took the children to play in the water. The dog watched us play by the pool. We poured water on him. Then we played in the pool. The dog rushed to the pool and started to try. I really can't bear to think that the housekeeper said that he would change water every day. I didn't interfere much, so I let it lie down next to the pool. At this time, someone knocked on the door. We thought it was the housekeeper who brought the guests. Prepare to put the dog into the room and communicate with the guests in the same yard and the homestay whether there is a paid water exchange. The wonderful communication is as follows ”Who is it? Someone right? ”” Yes ”” Wait a minute, we will put the dog in the house ”” The dog can't enter the water ”” Know, did not let it enter the water ”” Then how is it all wet? ”” Lie down next to the pool to play in the water”
Then no one talks? I told my husband that there are no guests? The last response was the housekeeper. You warmly reminded that there is no problem, but this kind of questioning conversation feels like it has been violated.
4. Auntie cleaned up the house, because the dog food got the towel, the first sentence of the aunt is this we can't wash. I said I came to wash, I have never seen the dog food wash. Stayed for 2 nights, the dog had early morning excrement in the yard and we didn't find it (all the previous ones were cleaned up). Auntie looked at the grass and said ”there is shit over there”. I said I was sorry that I didn't see the previous ones cleaned up, so I let my husband clean them up. These are our dog owners' obligations, and there is nothing wrong with them.
But if your homestay dislikes pets so much from top to bottom, you simply say that you can't bring pets. There is no need to say that after the 200 cleaning fee per day, we feel that our family is not welcome anywhere. To be honest, I really find it hard to accept such attitudes towards pets in this pet-admission place.
Excellent
