房間很有特色和意境！環境十分優美。親子和家庭出遊都很適合。這裏場景可以適配所有。這裏餐廳的菜很好吃！真的值得推薦！尤其是羊肉湯，鮮美無比👍！值得推薦！
早餐也很贊，感覺像是廣式早茶🍵，這次出遊很棒的體驗！下次帶家裡人一起來體驗！

價格與房間質感不符，一個洗臉盆壞了，特別臟，都沒搞衞生的感覺。廁所特別臭，沙發都是臟的，户外環境可以，難怪評分這麼低。晚上9點到酒店，一片漆黑，整個園子裏燈都關了，都找不到入口，真的不值這個價

半夜洗澡沒有熱水，前台説多放一會兒，我們放了十多分鐘也沒有，半夜小孩子又要哄睡，乾脆洗了冷水澡，體驗感不強，五一花了3600一晚的房間，配置服務都很不值

酒店位置可以，附近的鎮上可以吃飯，離神仙谷漂流在10分鐘左右。
一家人6大3小入住三合院，覺得空間有點忒大，合院位置有點偏，如果讓我重新選擇，覺得別墅位置更好，靠近泳池和小溪。
孩子們玩的比較開心，小溪撈魚、漿板、游泳、波波池，都是他們喜歡的。
説下缺點：
合院07房的幾部電視都是壞的，701的床衹要翻身就咯吱響，很影響睡眠，然後枕頭很高，床墊很軟，睡的不太舒服。
信號也差，尤其晚上，蘋果手機可能打電話沒啥信號。

這是我唯一的一次差評.奉獻給了這家酒店，
首先選溪真的原因完全是來自網絡評分蠻高，信任而選，可現實是虛假宣傳比較虛誇，設施比較陳舊，到處漏水，房間裏面衞生更是堪憂，就連馬桶都是臟的，這裏就不詳細闡述啦，和前台溝通要麼沒人，要麼忙於聊天，一點也不專業，一晚 1800 的消費確實太虧，服務和專業完全對不起這個價格.

沒有人，因為到的晚，都下班了，沒有人，就一個年級大點男的，剛剛開始還不指路，大晚上的沒有啥燈，被子很臟，還有血脂，早餐很豐富，但是空盪盪的，不值1000以上的服務……

房間看起來不錯，但是很多設備比較差，房間燈光太暗，洗漱用品太差，根本不符合這個價位，吹風機等等也是，看着都挺好看，但是不太實用。
早餐還可以，其他點餐做的菜很好吃。
