We arranged for someone to come to repair it, but it was not repaired at all. The shower was still flooded the next night... I cannot comment on the poor management of the entire Greenland Apartment Park. It is not within the capabilities and management of the B&B hotel. It is really a waste of the great mountain view of Taiping Lake. Lake view~

Beautiful little apartment overlooking Taipinghu and surrounded by mountains. If you want seclusion, relaxation and fantastic views, these apartments are a must! There are a few restaurants nearby (20 minute walk) and some small shops. Be aware, there are no Meituan drivers or Didi drivers in the area so hiring or bringing your own car is advised if you want to explore the wider area. We were extremely happy with the room and it's closeness to the floating walkway, woodland hiking trail etc. The apartment has cooking facilities, but nothing to cook with (pans, plates etc). The owner was helpful and friendly and communicated well even though we didn't speak much Chinese. He recommended some local places and activities and it made our stay more enjoyable. We would love to come back in the spring 👌🏼

The parent-child room we booked had two beds, one of which was a bit small, and the food was relatively expensive. The boss and his wife were very enthusiastic and introduced the attractions, but it was too hot, so I walked around the B&B and went back.

The facilities around the community are not very comprehensive. It takes 20 minutes to walk to eat. It is a small town at the foot of the mountain. Supermarkets, banks, and breakfast shops are basically next to each other. It is still okay if you are just here for a pure rest and vacation.
