The dishes provided in the store taste good, clear farmhouse taste, chicken soup must be ordered, the chicken soup in southern Anhui is really fresh, the children who don’t eat chicken also have chicken legs, the meat is tender and not firewood..... In short, this trip is satisfactory. The southern line of Wei is really a treasure line. There are small streams along the way, clear and transparent, and small fish and shrimps are very happy.

This time I drove the southern Sichuan-Tibet line. Due to one of the heavy rains, I stayed in the mountains for one more day for safety. I stayed in Ningguo, Banqiao and Shuimo Tingxi for four nights and three hotels/homestays, of which the Green Ring Hotel stayed for two nights. The Green Ring is undoubtedly my most satisfying hotel. When we checked in, the proprietress upgraded us to the view room on the highest floor. Not only the view is superb, see Figure 2&4, but the room is bigger than the reservation. The hotel environment is very beautiful, backed by tea mountain. There is a door on the third floor of the hotel that opens to the tea mountain. The taste was far lighter than the average Anhui cuisine, which was very appetizing to Shanghainese. The next day the chef took a vacation, the proprietress personally took the spoon, and the chef was difficult to distinguish between the two, and if we didn't tell us, we didn't know that the proprietress personally cooked for us. The first night we stayed, we also encountered an episode, playing in the hotel's free mahjong room until 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, found that it was very stuffy and the air conditioning was not strong. Hesitation and repeatedly called the boss. The boss has already slept and got up to help us solve it. I don't know the principle of water-cooled air conditioning. I thought the boss was perfunctory. Who knows that the boss really started the water-cooling system and waited until the room was obviously cooled before going to rest. He said this is the first time this year to turn on the air conditioner. This is the most sincere service I have encountered. The hotel's services, facilities, dining and environment are almost impeccable. The only fly in the ointment is that it is not a weekend holiday, there are fewer guests, breakfast is not self-service, there are not so many varieties to choose from. But everything is delicious. Especially steamed sweet potatoes 🍠, it is unforgettable.
