客棧老闆熱情，有自己的停車位，寵物友好，三樓樓頂能看到主街，客棧就在主景區內，到哪都方便，晚上休息也比較安靜

看了住宿客人的點評才選擇的同茂客棧，點評基本符合實際情況。我的評價是：一、設施達到民宿基本要求，房間大、乾淨、熱水、空調都沒問題；二、位置很好，出門遊玩方便；三、服務誠懇實在，登記後建議加微信，便於有問題隨時聯繫，實際作用亦如此；四、客棧門口無停車場，但老闆騎摩託車帶我到不遠的免費公共停車場，離開時老闆娘騎電瓶車帶我到停車場開車，應該也是盡力了；五、客棧的頂層觀賞查濟全景不錯，尤其是早晨觀日出很有效果。查濟在皖南古鎮中是出類拔萃的，不虛此行，同茂客棧也是值得肯定和推薦的。

客棧位於查濟景區內的步行街，需要買票進入。按導航自駕車輛可以先開到客棧門口，放下行李後老闆會帶你去停車場停車。房間設施齊全，乾淨衞生。樓頂天台視角超棒！

在查濟古建築羣村裡的一家客棧，位置很好，離免費停車場很近，旁邊的大小飯店很多，這是第一個要讚的方面。小老闆人好，服務周到熱心，第二贊👍。

【七言·查濟印象】
朝露沐陽映山村，
溪水流潺忙寫生。
執筆畫下眼前景，
詩意悄然入墨魂。
非常滿意的出行住宿體驗。查老闆人非常好！到達第一天開車來村口接我們，非常熱情好客。退房我們想打車去宣城，等了半小時根本打不到車。查老闆還主動聯繫朋友送我們，滿滿的感動。臨行還送了我們葛根粉。查濟似隱於山間的一首恬淡雋永的田園詩。在這裏的時光很慢，迂迴的巷道、歷經歲月風蝕的青石板小路、小橋流水旁浣衣的婦人、撥弄纏繞懸垂的藤蔓都可以入畫。想想也許自己也會成為別人眼中的徽韻水墨畫的主角，也是一件幸福的事情。秋陽温柔安靜，在秋色裏描繪那白牆黛瓦的村落的顏色，等着你來用心細品回味……查濟景美人更美，下次有機會再來！

樓頂天台是觀景的好地方，同樣的景色晚上和早上有不同的感覺。酒店附近吃飯都很方便，老闆還給了地圖告訴我們怎麼走。房間乾淨，性價比很高。推薦
