針對差評的原因有以下幾點建議：1.自己所定房型（都轉第豪華標間）與商家在商品頁所描述實完全不一致（賣家標註速食品、軟飲、歡迎水果、小食）都沒有。2.陽台、露台，沒有。3.所定房型浴缸、浴衣都是沒有的，毛巾不提供，浴巾全部是一次性的。4.至於商品頁所標註的針線包、開夜床、歡迎禮品更不用説的。5、民宿不提供早餐，至於商品頁標註的（加早18元/位）也只是噱頭。早餐需要自己到村裡早餐店去吃。針對以上情況，可以定性為虛假宣傳、欺詐消費。入住當天時間約在14:15左右，自己所定的房型還沒有打掃。店主給我換了一個套房，但是房間衞生依然沒有打掃完。等了約15分鐘後才入住房間。當晚下大雨，所住房間窗台有漏水情況，導致放在窗台衣物打濕。房間熱水需要放至少3分鐘才能出熱水。浴缸地漏漏水情況嚴重。

房間有古香古色明代建築也有現代化酒店式公寓院子的風景獨特又有韻味少東家服務超級貼心又耐心有問必答房間乾淨整潔提供了一次性浴巾洗臉巾兩種拖鞋等用品非常周到酒店後門走到河邊也就一分鐘特別漂亮是河景比較美的部分非常推薦

我來説説為什麼給低分1、看到評價説有充電樁才來這家，管家入住前告知可以使用充電樁，還詢問我充電口是否匹配；辦理入住後告知我規定充電樁使用一次50元，儘管我的小車充滿也就衹用15度電；其他住客免費使用，因為連住時間較長。2、廁所有兩雙涼拖，其中粉色的一雙全是黴斑；洗澡用的是一次性浴巾，熱水器是用電的，需要提前燒水，所以輪到第二個人洗的時候水已經不怎麼熱了；淋浴的噴頭可以調節，但要麼是水壓大到刺痛皮膚，要麼是隻有霧沒什麼水。3、房間裏沒有電視，但是有個電信的電視盒子；空調遙控器沒電，打開電池倉發現電池有被咬過的痕跡。4、房間位置在大堂後側，大堂兼顧飯店功能，所以後廚燒菜的味道會傳到房間裏來，而且是半夜十點左右傳來的。私以為描述的非常客觀了，打工人不騙打工人，僅供各位參考。
