民宿地理位置算是在景區中心了，因為是週日晚上，景區晚上人也不多，不會感覺很吵。樓上有小露台是比較驚喜的，感覺老闆可以好好宣傳一下，晚上看看夜景，和朋友喝點小酒吹吹風還是挺舒服的。雖然發生了一點小插曲，但老闆也道歉了，就是忙着趕路，沒時間品嚐老闆家的咖啡有點可惜。宏村西遞也都去過，查濟現在最可貴的就是沒那麼濃的商業化，想來朋友的可以趁早。

老闆的服務很周到，隨和。細心。想一想午後的閑暇時光。細品老闆親自為你煮的咖啡。看着過往的車水馬龍。又何嘗不是一份愜意時光呢？

：假期和家人一起出遊，搜了好多民宿，最終選擇入住聽水居入住前電話溝通了怎麼進景區和停車，老闆特別好還在停車場等我們，看我們東西多還幫忙一起拿行李！首先這家民宿位置太好了 就在許溪河邊 對面寶公祠旁邊就是財神橋晚上好多人在財神橋放煙花不用花錢就能實現煙花自由了！店家有自己的院子停車 很近離酒店約半分鐘省了不少麻煩 而且景區的路都不是很好走，這家民宿的位置太棒了 拉着行李箱也方便位於村中心！其次 雖然房間整體看着不大 但是打掃的乾乾淨淨 住着也放心 而且就一晚 大小也無所謂 住着舒服就可以了！二樓和三樓的露台太適合觀景了，拍照特別好看很出片！一樓的長廊點杯咖啡坐着看看遊客很愜意，最後店家的裝修風格很不錯 特別喜歡，下次會選擇春天或者秋天再來好的旅行一定不止一次尤其遇到喜歡的民宿，期待下次的查濟之行！

店主有自己停車場，很近，離能開車的馬路很近，店主會過來領路，露台就能看見穿過去的小溪，拍照出片，附近吃飯方便尤其是早飯，樓下是咖啡店口味一般。酒店設施類普通快捷酒店，很多人提的隔音不行，怎麼説呢，五六點洗衣服的敲打聲，車過的聲音，沒有遮光窗簾這些，懶覺就別想了，但是地道的農村生活本來就該這樣，也算是一種體驗。

總體評價是比較失望的。
房間裏會發出短促尖鋭的哨子聲，評論十幾分鍾一次，剛開始我們以為是外面誰在放二踢腳或者小孩在外面尖叫，後來發現是房間裏，可能是水管道，建議店家找時間好好排除一下，非常影響休息。
房間衹提供兩瓶水，在我提出可否再送一瓶的時候，阿姨的回答是，你們續住才有，不續住就沒有，還説自己之前在五星級酒店工作的時候也是這個規定，好在我確實住過五星級酒店，不然差點就被對方唬住了。
房間十二點前必須退房，這對於想多停留的旅客來説，着實不太友好，畢竟現在可以延遲退房還是挺主流的。
之前定這家是考慮住宿在古鎮中心（地理位置確實還不錯）後來發現其實稍微外圍的酒店還有院子，環境也非常優美。外地的遊客來，不要犯了我的錯誤。鎮子不大，走路也沒那麼不方便。

設施：空調不行，制熱效果很差，一夜過來感覺不到暖和；熱水器也不咋滴，不洗頭熱水夠用，我這種長頭髮，洗頭又洗澡，熱水不夠用，看着水温一點點的降
衞生：有專人打掃，還不錯
環境：一樓有個陽台，專門喝奶茶咖啡的地方，很小資，但是我去的時候冬天，沒有閒情逸緻坐在那冷颼颼的喝飲料
服務：一樓一個員工，態度還不錯，就是有時候去忙其他事情就找不到人了
