衞生、環境、設施、服務等都比較滿意，所以均給5分。它家的早餐是中式的，點心的品種豐富，稀飯、豆漿等飲品都有，如果有牛奶就更好了。工作人員服務熱情，入住時幫助把行李箱送至3樓。提出用它家的水擦洗車輛，也積極地提供便利。一次很滿意的入住體驗。

民宿的位置很不錯，很近桃花潭景區入囗。自駕的停車方便。民宿門前是個大花園，種滿各種鮮花。該民宿最為人稱道的是阿姨的熱心服務。早餐品種豐富，阿姨熱情介紹桃花潭各處景點。還特別叮囑去買門票時説出是竹影居的客人會有折扣。果然是這樣。有這樣的待客之道選擇竹影居就能住得安心。

非常推薦 民宿離桃花潭景區很近，早晚不要門票可以去桃花潭遛一遛，早晨的風景超美。民宿很乾凈，三位大姐非常熱情，門口種滿了小花，不愧是最美民宿！早餐非常豐盛，大家一致好評~~

設計裝修的不錯，乾淨衞生，有配套休閑和玩的設施。旁邊的小竹林，晚上變換燈光各種顏色，應該是因此而取名竹影居。他們家還有最美名宿獎，確實不錯。
早餐稀飯熬的挺好，再配上自製各種小菜，應該也是一大特色。炸春捲好吃。
最讓人感動的是服務態度，老阿姨進出都笑臉相迎打招呼，走的時候怕我找不到公交站，開個電瓶車送我過去。送到了讓我等着就走了，一會又折返回來，説怕我錯過公交不放心，陪我等一會。期間還聊了聊她年輕的時候在上海打工的事。真是一位熱情又善良的好阿姨！
對了酒店出門左拐順着下去，可以上橋上走走，這是一個景區外面挺好的觀景點。
