Manager Ding has a good service attitude, but other than him, everyone else has no service attitude at all. The air conditioner in the room was ineffective and the quilt was too thin. It was very cold when I slept at night. My father went to the staff to ask for a quilt. He actually replied that there were no extra quilts. Then he took a bed sheet and asked my father to take it back and look for it in the cabinet. Put the quilt on...I have stayed in so many hotels, but I have never encountered one... semi-self-service? 😔 The initial concept of the hotel was good, but unfortunately the subsequent hardware and services failed to keep up.

酒店非常爛 非常非常爛 酒店設施老舊、服務基本為零、沒有客訴處理能力、沒有任何服務可言，請相信任何差評都是真的。首先我是接近一點左右到酒店辦理入住，前台大門緊閉沒有任何工作人員，給酒店打電話讓我們在路邊等待，我們等待大約二十多分鐘才有人趕過來。其次我多次去找前台有問題要諮詢並且要解決房間不暖和且電視遙控器壞了，根本找不到任何人，前台繼續沒有任何工作人員。接着，我們從查濟古鎮回來後，有一位大爺碩幫我們把泡池刷過了清洗乾淨了，我跟大爺説了遙控器的事兒後遲遲沒有送過來，接着我繼續想要去前台要交涉，沒有人，打電話聯繫酒店説房間非常冷跟外面温度差不多，他説派人來解決，過了半個小時人來了，鼓搗半天之後跟我説沒什麼用，衹能這樣。剛剛地暖可能沒開，你等等吧也不是很冷。我又諮詢了早飯的事情，他回覆我，早上去前台會有人送我們到吃早飯的地方。一直到半夜室內温度還在17度左右，給我的小狗凍得竄稀。我隨即找了客服進行投訴，然後，早上我去前台，繼續沒有人 （也就是整個入住過程 我衹辦理入住時 有人拍了一下我的身份證 以及另一位刷池子盒修空調的大爺）我立即打了電話 他沒有告知我早餐時間 衹告訴我去另一個大酒店吃早飯 我9:30道 早飯時間已經結束了 全程非常無語 非常非常無語

總體還不錯，配套設施部分還在建設中，管家服務很貼心，可謂是有求必應，有問必答，空調效果不錯，就是噪音有點大，住酒店免桃花潭主景區門票，很超值[強]，用餐需要到山下詩畫山水酒店，是同一個公司旗下的，徽菜系，菜品味道很不錯[吃瓜][吃瓜][吃瓜]

朋友推薦的酒店，在半山腰上，非常安靜，休閑度假首選，孩子們玩水好去處，温泉水温37℃左右，小寶寶也能放心的玩耍，唯一的遺憾，現在自助燒烤沒有開放，期待冬天可以一邊泡温泉，一邊燒烤，推薦[強][強][強]

酒店在山上，早晨起來空氣實在太好了，健身房，游泳池配套還可以，早餐要到景區餐廳吃，不過可以免費逛桃花潭景區，這個季節蚊蟲還是比較多，推薦冬天過來住會更好一些，管家精心佈置了房間，感覺很温馨。
