1.貓眼沒有蓋子的，現在沒有蓋子的貓眼也是稀罕物了，外面如果有倒視鏡或者倒鈎開門的話太方便了，非常非常不安全，我衹能用紙巾堵住，不建議入住（不着前台解決的原因看3和4）
2.看圖三，馬桶邊有污漬，阿姨沒有打掃乾淨，不建議入住（不着前台解決的原因看3和4）
3.前台態度極差，本以為是一個人態度差，沒想到差一羣，特別不耐煩，提的合理要求，他們不願意也就算了，一臉的嫌棄，一臉的就你事多
4.詢問能否送早餐，我們入住三人（兩個成人，一個未成年），訂單裏本就送一份早餐的，前台要我買三份早餐，還假惺惺説可以半價，賬是他們會算的，把客人當**了
5.電視不能投屏（問前台，前台説我們賓館是公共網絡，你投屏大家都看到了，所以你不要投屏，聽的懂嗎？），而所有看的電視劇全部是收費的，衹能傻乎乎的老電視台頻道，懂的都懂喲

衞生：整個酒店環境可以，唯獨餐廳提供的麪是需要顧客自己煮，這就造成所有客人共用一個鍋，輪流使用，前面客人不講衞生，用手抓麪，抓青菜，整鍋湯綠綠的，後面的顧客根本不敢用，有客人沒素質手抓糕點，工作人員有制止，但效果不大，顧客素質低下。
環境：房間隔音好，但不多。因為整個酒店其實是大的平層改造的，一半是錦江，一半是漢庭，類似羣租房。所以牆體不是水泥磚頭，但隔音也是做了措施的。衹是凌晨1點也能聽到隔壁沒素質的客人唱歌，那就真的倒黴。
服務：工作人員服務好，熱情，點贊！
另外酒店周邊一條街的汽修店，我退房離開時，輪胎紮了一根釘子，不清楚在哪扎的，入住的朋友注意下，開車前一定要繞行汽車一週觀察。

超滿意這次入住錦江之星！房間佈置温馨，衞生一塵不染，衞浴設施齊全且乾淨。24小時熱水供應穩定，床品親膚透氣，睡眠質量極佳。前台服務人員態度親切，響應需求及時。周邊交通便利，早餐也豐富可口，性價比拉滿，強烈推薦！

位置有點偏，不過靠着皖南川藏線東入口，停車方便，酒店還是很乾凈和安靜的，性價比非常高，早飯也還行，清爽衞生，保持錦江一貫水平，會推薦給朋友

總體性價比還可以的，關鍵和實施都比較新，就是地毯比較臟，早餐是正常水平的，和一般的華住酒店差不多，比較滿意。

環境衞生，很乾凈，服務很好，前台很熱心，幫忙把衣服放進洗衣機，還放了洗衣液。早餐也很豐盛，種類多。兩個大人帶倆娃自駕遊。很滿意。

枕頭上像有血 都是來漂流的洗衣房就一個洗衣機一直排隊，洗好工作人員幫忙烘乾為了趕時間嗎時長不夠衣服拿到樓上都沒幹。
