這家酒店的設備設施運行正常，房間整體還算整潔。不過服務體驗稍顯平淡，工作人員全程沒什麼笑容，辦理入住和諮詢問題時迴應也 比較公式化，少了些親切感，希望後續能在服務細節上多些温度。

如果有一星好評，是給保潔阿姨的態度很好。 看評論發現，很多人投訴前台服務員態度差，主管不看？不管？不改善？不提升嗎？服務行業，姑且不説做到微笑服務，全程冷漠臉，這態度，為何要從事服務行業？預訂前，看是剛開業沒幾年，且為了想離朋友家近一點，選擇了格林豪泰，有住過其他城市的，還可以。此店實際內部設施比較老舊了，可見維護很差。房間內部飛塵四起，我都忍不住擦桌子上的灰塵多次。洗手間沒有乾濕分離，甚至連置物架都沒有，一個飄來飄去的臟了吧唧的破布條子擋住洗澡室，洗澡的時候，臟簾子碰身上都很嫌棄。 前台無論白班和夜班態度都極度冷漠。太缺乏行業基本素養。作為大型連鎖品牌，很拉分。連住四天，因為帶着行李，懶得換，勉強將就，最後一天退房，因為孩子頭一天晚上很晚睡，當時十一點多還在睡覺，打電話給前台告知原因，告訴晚點退房，前台説每小時收費20，我説我都打電話告訴你，延遲退房，如果我要付費，我還需要給你打招呼嗎？前台説讓我下來給好評。坦白講，這個酒店沒有一點值得給出好評，常住酒店的人，都知道，在房源不緊張的情況下，酒店一兩點退房很正常，有些甚至標註兩點退房，後來孩子剛好醒了，也無需延遲退房。作為攜程金鑽貴賓，一年消費10-25萬之間，好壞很少點評，今日點評，實在是不忍冷漠的服務態度和服務意識。。沒拍房間，沒啥好拍的，就看看洗衣房，洗衣機門上，這層土。我也是醉了。
保潔阿姨很好，保安態度也不錯。房間還算安靜。別的就算了。拉跨。

緊鄰國道，屋子特別悶，沒有空調【涼風】，想打開窗户，又特別吵，熱了一宿，洗澡洗了3次，太悶熱了。馬桶和淋浴是乾濕分離，但是坐在馬桶上就不能動，隔斷太小了。早餐，啥也不説了。
