房間乾淨衞生，體驗感很好，我們四天來晉城旅遊，就過來專門住了2天，我妻子喜歡這裏床的柔軟。早餐也很豐富，自助，並有水果很不錯，停車免費，並且不用客人下來動車，保安師傅就給移動好了，讓客人安心休息。這些軟件，硬件的服務都很周到，值得推廣與同行學習。

房間整潔乾淨，前台小姐姐服務特別好，一樓有洗衣房可以洗衣服，位置交通便利，樓下就是商城，位於市中心。

總體來説體驗感較差不推薦，相比位置來説還可以。毛巾，浴巾是我住過酒店裡麪最差的沒有之一，都開線樂還在給顧客用。花灑容易掛鈎，立不住也沒更換。整體陳式老舊，睡覺體驗感較差，一晚上沒睡。

我們訂的房間和入住房間嚴重不符，設施很差，電話壞的、馬桶上還有水漬（入住已經是晚上了，我理解不了為什麼上面有水）、房間陰冷、燈也是壞的，那位年紀大的前台態度特別差，什麼叫做誰讓你們來的晚，總之真的不推薦入住此酒店，當時定的時候就是看重是裝修晚應該環境不錯，沒想到這麼差勁

服務員的素質蠻專業的。房子有一定年份（我住的房子與配圖有很大出入），但衞生間的設備是新的，房間也乾淨。酒店位於繁華的城市中心區域，附近有成熟的各項設施，銀行、購物廣場、各式餐飲店、水果店、烘培店等齊備，可選範圍較大，附近的西餐廳環境好分量大味道好。並且酒店有內部停車場，再加上價格不高，這些足可為酒店加分了！

房間我很滿意，設備設施比較新且齊全。酒店位置就在澤州路上，交通比較方便。前台接待非常禮貌，主動提供交通購物建議。我是提前到達的，寄存了行李就出去了。如家，確實如家，感覺真好！
