先説好的吧，衞生可以沒得挑，很多服務類卡片看的出很用心了，洗衣服也很方便。接下來説説不足吧，可能是我個人比較倒黴，
1.入住的第一個房間應該正好在那個壓縮機底下，一直嗡嗡作響，先加上本來靠路邊窗户是最基本的鋁塑窗户再加上時間比較久根本不隔音，完全沒法入睡，這裏服務速度還可以的，很快幫我換了一個靠裡麪的標間，但是空調又像拖拉機一樣一直響，沒辦法告知我滿房了再換衹能換到電梯正對口的靠馬路的房間，這個還行衹有馬路的吵鬧聲，沒有壓縮機的嗡嗡聲了，因為在電梯口是不是就有人在大聲説話，門本身就不隔音，這裏我都能接受畢竟是我自己同意換的沒房了。
2.12點感覺有些發燒打前台電話要了一個體温計，40多分鐘沒送來，最後在問了一次才送來可能是忘了。
3.入住的時候明確問過能不能洗車，得到的回覆説可以，我登記了車牌，等我早上9.27出門車還是臟的（我沒記錯本子上寫的早上5-8點洗車）我能理解現在天氣冷，哪怕我登記的時候告訴我，因為天氣冷我們現在洗車統一在早上10點以後我都能接受，但是答應了沒做到就很丟分。

久經酒店沙場，從快捷到五星，全國也住了不少家，這個酒店的服務算是極好的了，雖然酒店有些年代感，裝修略顯古典了，但是絲毫不影響我對酒店的好感，所有的工作人員都會親切問好，我們是晚上10點多到店的，辦好入住（前台送了水果也可以自取各種餐飲和小物件）直接上樓了，房間裏電話溝通語言小朋友拖鞋和洗漱用品，阿姨送來後主動詢問是否需要免費夜宵送到房間（本來想點外賣的，聽説有面和酸辣粉，還有深夜熱牛奶），晚上足夠了，味道也是不錯的，還有就是這是我住過房間內主動提供物品最多的酒店了，非常細緻，真的刷新了我對酒店的印象

跟服務員説要安靜的房間，結果給的臨街房間，原以為關上窗就可以了，但實際上窗户隔音不好，外面的車聲仍聽得見，半夜三點有人大街上大聲説話給吵醒了，就沒怎麼再睡着，房間設施挺老的，空調出風帶來其他房間的煙味。但看得出衞生還是在努力搞好，其他方面服務員們服務挺努力，有些事提升服務能彌補，有些問題就不太行了

從性價比的角度講，這個酒店絕對超值，好像有七大的超值免費服務，比如擦車，夜宵。牛奶，水果等等非常不錯。後院停車場很大，還能給電車充電。服務人員都很友善，非常熱情。尤其是我們帶的小朋友，還有小孩的拖鞋牙刷，小孩很滿意，非要讓打五分。如果下一次有可能還會續住的。酒店特色的大棗薑茶很好。天氣涼了，如果去晉城旅遊喝一杯，這個肯定很好。
