前台説話出爾反爾，前台訂房和實際收費多出10元，提醒所有旅客朋友，最好錄音，服務態度惡劣，問其原因，愛搭不理，房間裏面氣味難聞，睡一晚上腰痠背疼，床墊惡劣。提醒大家不要被圖片迷惑，不要上當。
