下面這幾個電話，看起來很周到、貼心，要麼不通，要麼沒人接聽，wifi密碼無從得知。暖氣熱的像桑拿，淋浴頭漏水；最後一天，床頭幾個開關燈都不亮了。

酒店位置很安靜，設施也比較完善，應該是很早的星級酒店了。要誇一下工作人員的服務態度，退房後我把充電寶忘在酒店了，聯繫前台發了快遞寄回，真不錯。還有，早餐的小米粥真好喝，菜也好吃

房間乾淨整潔，空間也比較大，就餐在酒店就可以。出行位於主要大道上，比較方便。門口停車場也比較大，停車方便，目前停車是免費的。

房間設施已經是比較舊了，設施有些還沒修繕。房間裏地毯陳舊有味道了，衹能説是不理想。早餐的品種還是比較豐富的。

離金昌市區大約5公里，周邊空曠找不到吃飯的地方。因趕凌晨火車，第二天應享的早餐趕不上，請求酒店打包點麪包牛奶被拒絕。這時候陽面室內很熱，請求空調，酒店以中央空調不能開為由拒絕。自己想開窗開門對流，但窗户支不住，僅有小縫。我問能不能調一下房間，酒店回答溝通一下然後就沒有下文。

第一天 説送電卡，直到退房了也沒人送；
第二天 跟服務員説空調沒涼風，服務員居然説 我又不是領導我怎麼知道為什麼。晚上開着窗户睡覺，全程28度，又幹又熱。礦泉水還收費。
這都什麼服務態度。
房間熱水水流很小，下水還不好，洗個澡差點把房間淹了，水都流出衞生間了。
