Clean and sanitary, free fruit, complete hotel facilities, it is really pleasant to come here to relax during the May Day holiday when there are people everywhere. If you choose a two-night package, you can also get a buffet lunch and dinner for two people, bike riding and boat rides, which really meets all the activities you want to play. The key is that the hotel staff are very polite and courteous, nodding and smiling when they see each other. In the past few days, several leaders have also interacted with customers in the lobby. The service and details are in place. There are tissues and hand sanitizers next to each elevator. It is really friendly for bringing children to play, and free Priss mineral water is prepared near the elevator on each floor. It's so warm. Highly recommended to bring children to play.

The hotel room was huge. The breakfast was not bad.
There's a couple BBQ places next to hotel and a few shops nearby.
There's a huge mall called MixC which is a short taxi ride away. Lots of restaurants and shops there, I highly recommend it.

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and we will be back again. Excellent location, right on the canal and a few minutes walk to Kuanhouli snack street. Close to all the main tourist attractions in the city centre. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Service is excellent - quick check-in, friendly and efficient front desk staff. Even the cleaners were friendly and offered us a bottle of water as we left! Breakfast has a good selection. Recommend this hotel for business or leisure in Jinan!

GGuest UserLet's talk about the service first. From the lady at the front desk to the cleaning lady, they are all very polite and enthusiastic, and the service is thoughtful. On the day of check-out, I couldn't get a taxi to the scenic spot and couldn't get back, which wasted time. I called the front desk and the lady extended my time for free. I was so touched. The breakfast was also delicious. The room is very new and the decoration is very stylish. The curtains are all remote-controlled. I can just use ”Xiaodu Xiaodu” if I have any problems. The bedding is also very good, especially the pillows, which are very comfortable. I will stay here when I come to Jinan in the future!

GGuest UserWe drove there, and the hotel has free parking. After we arrived, the front desk lady Xiao Gu provided superb service, which exceeded our expectations. She upgraded me to a deluxe king-size bed room for free. The room also provided free mineral water, tea and welcome fruit. The room was so cozy and the layout was so heartwarming. I really loved it! The facilities were also complete, the room was spacious and clean! The location was also good, just near the subway, the transportation was very convenient, and the experience was very good! Very satisfied!

LLEE SOYOUNGI loved that the accommodation was really clean! The facilities are really good, and the breakfast menu is also good. Before boarding the plane in Korea, the hotel called me and told me when I would be arriving and that I could request a pick-up when I arrived. I didn't have a Chinese phone number, but I was able to add the hotel's official account through WeChat, so I was able to talk comfortably. I was impressed!
If I come to Jinan Airport, I will definitely stay here!

MMaxI would stay again despite some flaws. The social atmosphere is fantastic, one of the best I've come across in two years of traveling the world. It's an authentic, inclusive community vibe in the common room. Every evening there is a gathering with boardgames, performances, group talks, etc. It's really great.
The location of the hostel is also really good. Everything is within walking distance. Train station, bus station, cheap good restaurants and the park.
My only peeve are the sanitary facilities. There's no toilet paper and no bum gun provided ... So I need to bring own. Also, the shower drain is not placed correctly so the shower is always flooded. I feel like these things could be easily fixed. And maybe tidy up the general areas more frequently. There's a lot of junk lying around. But that's also what makes it more homely...
Anyway, it's a great place, owner is very nice. I'd definitely stay again.
