This is the first time I encountered a hotel with such a good service attitude. From check-in at the front desk to check-out, I felt at home. Every lady at the front desk smiled and talked. Although the room was not very big, it had everything you need. There are 2 large bottles of spring water from Black Tiger Spring. There was too much luggage this time, so the young lady took the initiative to push one item and guide it to the room. The view outside the room is also very beautiful. You can see the pool directly. I can only highly recommend this hotel!

I stayed at the Royal Blue Horizon Hotel Jinan again. The location of the hotel is superior and the transportation is convenient. The hotel environment and room facilities are great, the surrounding supporting facilities are complete, and the ladies at the front desk are very beautiful. The housekeeper Wang Changxu knew that I came to stay again, and specially upgraded the room for me. Overall, it is a clean hotel and very spacious (as shown in the picture). We even upgraded the room type for free (mainly because it was not fully occupied). The service attitude is also good. I can understand everyone's praise. The front desk also looks very high-end, but The reasons why it is difficult to score high are as follows: 1⃣️There are no slippers and anti-slip mats for bathing in the bathroom. This is really puzzling. 2⃣️The takeaway says that the food delivery robot can deliver food upstairs, which sounds quite high-end. As a result, when the takeout arrived at the hotel, it was not delivered for 20 minutes. I had to call the front desk to urge it, and it took a few minutes before it was delivered. It was still puzzling. 3⃣️The sound insulation is not good, I keep hearing the sound of building decoration somewhere. 4⃣️The power supply in the room is dead core and cannot be plugged in. 5⃣️The bottle of shampoo is so tight that you can’t squeeze it out, and even if you want to open it completely, you can’t unscrew it (not all bottles are like this, but I feel that the price is worth a thorough inspection and replacement by the cleaning lady)

Toilet and bathroom are separate which is a plus for us. Room is clean and well soundproofed despite being at a busy intersection.There's a small gym and self service laundromat. Breakfast was great, good variety of local food, fruits, pastries, savories, especially like the noodles and pancakes cooked on the spot. Good value for a 4 star hotel! Highly recommended.

During my business trip to Jinan, I stayed at Atour S near Jinan Railway Station and had a good experience in terms of facilities, environment and services. Booked on Ctrip and upgraded to a king-size bed room with bath for free. The room is bright and warm in style, with complete functional partitions. It is equipped with a free mini bar and yoga mat. The mattress and bedding are very comfortable. The only drawback is that the bathtub is too small, making it difficult to achieve ”enjoyment”. Bath” needs. The hotel is also equipped with a laundry room and a gym. The breakfast is also very rich, combining Chinese and Western styles and providing balanced nutrition. The service provided by the front desk and cleaning ladies is also very considerate and highly recommended.

Very helpful & kind hotel staff. Despite a lack of English they always did their best to assist me getting taxis, etc. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Fresh fruit delivered to the room every afternoon free of extra charges. Good location for the main attractions, a range of restaurants, & neighbourhood/community shops & services. I enjoyed my time there. The sole drawback is only two guest lifts, so, at certain times of the day, it takes a little while to summon the lift & it becomes crowded.

I have stayed in many Home Inns and Home Inns. This is the smallest and noisiest high-end business hotel room. The downstairs of the hotel is renovated and construction is carried out during the day and night. One day at midnight, it was still loaded with trucks. It is best to ask whether the decoration is finished before moving in. . The location of the hotel is very good, opposite to Wulongtan Park, very close to Daming Lake, Baotu Spring, Quancheng Square, and within ten minutes walk. There are only a few parking spaces. If you don’t have one, you have to go to the parking lot next door. It costs 5 yuan per hour during the day and is free at night.
