The location of the hotel is great. We went in April during Covid-19 restrictions, so the hotel was nearly empty maybe because of that the room was very cheap. The room was clean and the service staff was good can’t say the same about the front desk. Overall it was a comfortable 2 days stay.

Very helpful & kind hotel staff. Despite a lack of English they always did their best to assist me getting taxis, etc. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Fresh fruit delivered to the room every afternoon free of extra charges. Good location for the main attractions, a range of restaurants, & neighbourhood/community shops & services. I enjoyed my time there. The sole drawback is only two guest lifts, so, at certain times of the day, it takes a little while to summon the lift & it becomes crowded.

Location was great, close to all tourist spots. The only problem we had was the aircon. It was very hot in the hotel but we were not able to adjust down the temperature.

I was very satisfied. The front desk quietly upgraded me to the best and largest director's suite, which surprised me very much. I like the big balcony the most. The weather is nice these days, so I sit on the balcony and soak up the sun every day. The hotel is also equipped with a butler's WeChat account. The girls who provide quick service are also very considerate, and the girls who deliver meals in the room are also super cute. Thanks to Xiaocheng at the front desk and other unknown staff who silently helped me. Come again next time.

The main body of the building was designed by the world-famous Portman Design Office. It consists of three parts: guest room building, exhibition center and Shandong Hall. The design of the building is beautiful - needless to say, there are too many beautiful photos of this hotel on the Internet. Many meetings are held here. The capsule elevator is interesting and not slow. The service is also super good - room service, concierge service, front desk service, and restaurant service are all very good. On the day of check-in, the staff helped open the door and pick up the luggage. Check-in is also convenient and fast. The lobby is very large. The staff arranged for the same floor and higher floors, and marked the extended check-out time. There are two packs of apple crisps and fruits in the room. Before going to bed at night, the shoes are laid out, wafer chocolates are placed, the curtains are drawn, and a sleeping order is placed under the bed. Bath bags and bath salts are provided. It's OK. Use different pillows. The staff at the restaurant where we had breakfast on the day we left packed some delicious food and said you can eat it on the train. Breakfast restaurant staff Huang Ruirong and friends, the room service room 2209 seemed to be a staff member named Hu that day, etc. Thank you all. The location is also good - it is close to the central attractions, next to Qianfo Mountain, and below is Quancheng Park. The flowering season will begin in the next two weeks. The breakfast is also very rich, as shown in the picture (it will change after two days of stay).

This place is really amazing and most happening place in my opinion. I stayed in china for 60 days in hotel . After that i felt lonely and i unintentionally ended up here. I loved this place. Safe and friendly environment. I stayed here for 30 days. Everyday fun activities are there. Great option😀

The ground of the hotel is easy to get dirty and not easy to take care of. The environment is elegant and classic, suitable for staying in summer and autumn, and it is a bit cold in winter. No matter how warm the air conditioner is, it is only the indoor air, and the ground is still cold. The customer service is warm and thoughtful. Parking is convenient, there is an underground parking lot, and it takes only three minutes to walk back.

The hotel booked online with the child for the exam, the stay experience is unexpectedly good, the hotel environment is very good, you can see the beautiful scenery in the room, the service here is also very intimate, there are fruit gifts every night, the room housekeeper Guan Mingling's intimate and thoughtful service is very warm, The front hall master Wang Rongshan was enthusiastic in service. He took us to browse the entire garden Expo and made a detailed introduction. He was very patient. The front desk lady was also very gentle and sent us water and Gaoliangxuan after checking out. I will come to live next time.
