The staff at the door and in the lobby were fantastic. They upgraded our room. big, comfortable. breakfast in the revolving restaurant on the top floor was great. parking in the basement was a bit tricky tho.

Location was great, close to all tourist spots. The only problem we had was the aircon. It was very hot in the hotel but we were not able to adjust down the temperature.

The main body of the building was designed by the world-famous Portman Design Office. It consists of three parts: guest room building, exhibition center and Shandong Hall. The design of the building is beautiful - needless to say, there are too many beautiful photos of this hotel on the Internet. Many meetings are held here. The capsule elevator is interesting and not slow. The service is also super good - room service, concierge service, front desk service, and restaurant service are all very good. On the day of check-in, the staff helped open the door and pick up the luggage. Check-in is also convenient and fast. The lobby is very large. The staff arranged for the same floor and higher floors, and marked the extended check-out time. There are two packs of apple crisps and fruits in the room. Before going to bed at night, the shoes are laid out, wafer chocolates are placed, the curtains are drawn, and a sleeping order is placed under the bed. Bath bags and bath salts are provided. It's OK. Use different pillows. The staff at the restaurant where we had breakfast on the day we left packed some delicious food and said you can eat it on the train. Breakfast restaurant staff Huang Ruirong and friends, the room service room 2209 seemed to be a staff member named Hu that day, etc. Thank you all. The location is also good - it is close to the central attractions, next to Qianfo Mountain, and below is Quancheng Park. The flowering season will begin in the next two weeks. After checking hotels for three days, I finally found Atour. The price was relatively suitable and I read the reviews. Decided to place an order and stay for two days. This is my first time staying at Atour. I didn't expect the room and service to be great and very comfortable. There are delivery machines, free water supply, smart toilets, and a big TV. I forgot to take pictures. Near Qilu Hospital, close to the scenery, recommended!

Drop the eye drops in the room and call to inform. Luggage is stored at the hotel for half a day. I borrowed the hotel's refrigerated room to put things. The hotel room is a bit smaller than expected. But it is reasonable from the price point of view. Overall, it is a good experience. Thanks to the younger brother and sister at the front desk.

I checked in quite late in the evening, and have been upgraded to the Presidential Suites for one night stay! I wish I had more time to spend at the hotel room but I had to catch an early flight in the morning. The room is of course spacious (＞2000 sq ft) with a kitchen, living room with a dining table, office area and a bedroom. Busy breakfast service in the morning as there’s conference at the hotel. Buffet style breakfast - a wide variety of food including local food. It could be better if there’s more option for vegetables. The staff helped to call a taxi heading to airport. Overall it’s a comfortably short stay.

The location of the hotel is great. We went in April during Covid-19 restrictions, so the hotel was nearly empty maybe because of that the room was very cheap. The room was clean and the service staff was good can’t say the same about the front desk. Overall it was a comfortable 2 days stay.

Free upgrade, there are yogurt snacks, and there is a handful of meat for breakfast👍. There are five or six dishes, which is quite rich! The only drawback is that the guy who cooked the noodles was not very enthusiastic 😊. He didn’t say when the noodles were ready, and he didn’t say when he asked when they would be ready, but it didn’t affect the dining experience 😉

The room smelt pretty bad… a smell rising up from the drain in the bathroom made the whole experience quite uncomfortable. Also, the breakfast was not great. The theming was quite funny, though. Felt like a tacky ping-pong themed KTV in a third-tier city. So that’s a thing. My wife hated the fact that the elevator was playing Fur Elise on a loop. The service staff tried to be very attentive, but in the process kept bothering us at weird times to offer yoghurt and water. So… fine. Should be cheaper.
