The staff arranged for the same floor and higher floors, and marked the extended check-out time. There are two packs of apple crisps and fruits in the room. Before going to bed at night, the shoes are laid out, wafer chocolates are placed, the curtains are drawn, and a sleeping order is placed under the bed. Bath bags and bath salts are provided. It's OK. Use different pillows. The staff at the restaurant where we had breakfast on the day we left packed some delicious food and said you can eat it on the train. I checked in quite late in the evening, and have been upgraded to the Presidential Suites for one night stay! I wish I had more time to spend at the hotel room but I had to catch an early flight in the morning. The room is of course spacious (＞2000 sq ft) with a kitchen, living room with a dining table, office area and a bedroom. Busy breakfast service in the morning as there’s conference at the hotel. Buffet style breakfast - a wide variety of food including local food. It could be better if there’s more option for vegetables. The staff helped to call a taxi heading to airport. Overall it’s a comfortably short stay.

The hotel has a beautiful environment, convenient parking, clean and comfortable rooms, and a free fruit plate. Every service staff I encountered was warm and courteous. Location was great, close to all tourist spots. The only problem we had was the aircon. It was very hot in the hotel but we were not able to adjust down the temperature.

The staff at the door and in the lobby were fantastic. They upgraded our room. big, comfortable. breakfast in the revolving restaurant on the top floor was great. parking in the basement was a bit tricky tho.

The location of the hotel is great. We went in April during Covid-19 restrictions, so the hotel was nearly empty maybe because of that the room was very cheap. The room was clean and the service staff was good can’t say the same about the front desk. Overall it was a comfortable 2 days stay.

The beautiful Huizhou architecture, the pond and the yard with white walls and green trees, are very beautiful; the bedding is comfortable, the appliances are complete, the service is very good, the buffet breakfast is rich and varied, and the Chinese afternoon tea is beautiful, I am very satisfied!
