Good location and clean room and the room has a nice smart device. The area in front of the hotel is a bit messy.

Good hotel. Staff were brilliant, helpful and kind. The room was comfy. breakfast was good. waiters always ready to assist with a smile. However, the building was tricky to navigate, especially the underground parking area. not many rooms or lounges with any view. seemed a bit claustrophobic.

After checking hotels for three days, I finally found Atour. The price was relatively suitable and I read the reviews. Decided to place an order and stay for two days. This is my first time staying at Atour. I didn't expect the room and service to be great and very comfortable. There are delivery machines, free water supply, smart toilets, and a big TV. I forgot to take pictures. Near Qilu Hospital, close to the scenery, recommended!

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel , the views was so spectacular, room so spacious and I really loved the rotating restaurant. However there was a little bit of language barrier with the room service personnels but many thanks to the lady Hannah who works there .Her English is so fluent , she is very welcoming, polite and professional.

Good location. Hotel is good. Staff is friendly and trained. Brakefast is also good. I wanted to stay here only 1 day but liked this hotel so I extended my stay to 3 days. Brakefast is good. Plus this hotel ground floor you can get luking coffee. Which is good. No need to go outside

The room environment is OK, the health is also good, especially the front desk lady is very good, the speech is very warm, and I personally pick up my luggage, the living is very comfortable, the traffic is convenient, the hotel has its own parking lot, the surrounding is popular tourist attractions, travel is more suitable for living in this home, Two hundred meters away from the Kuanhouli Snack Street, it is very convenient. I also sent a gift when I left. I don't like to eat biscuits, but the small biscuits inside feel good. I recommend everyone to travel and live here.

The location of the hotel is great. We went in April during Covid-19 restrictions, so the hotel was nearly empty maybe because of that the room was very cheap. The room was clean and the service staff was good can’t say the same about the front desk. Overall it was a comfortable 2 days stay.

The decoration effect of the room is very good, the visual effect is very comfortable, and the lighting is gradually brightening. The room was very clean and tidy! The bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas. Each person gets two bottles of bottled water! There are also welcome fruits and small gifts for children, which is so thoughtful! The guys at the front desk are very warm and friendly, answering all questions and solving any problems. What's even better is that the breakfast is great! There are many varieties and the waiters are very considerate. I registered a membership account and went back to the store’s restaurant for lunch. It felt really good! The hotel has its own underground parking lot, which is very large and very convenient! I hope I can have the opportunity to experience it again as a member in the future!

The hotel is well located and is near the town centre, it’s very convenient if conducting business in Jinan. Additionally, it is only about 10 minutes walk to the airport shuttle terminus in town (other end of the street). Although the hotel facilities require some minor updating, the hotel and the rooms are very clean and functional. The services provided by all the staff are exemplary, they were faultless. The reception desk are very helpful and had offered me many helpful advices, which smooth my stay in Jinan (Many thanks to one of the receptionist, 刘楊, who had been very kind and helpful). In my opinion, the services provided from this hotel were at least on par, if not better, than many international hotel chains I had stayed with in Europe. In no doubt, I have no hesitation in recommending my friends to stay at this hotel when visiting Jinan.

During the Mid-Autumn Festival, I took my family out to play, recommended by a friend, and said it was very cost-effective. After entering the hotel, I was amazed by the overall style of the lobby, which is much brighter and brighter than the Ward lobby. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic, and they poured tea for us and checked in quickly. What's more surprising is that the room has been upgraded. The rooms are very clean and cozy, with high-grade toiletries, reasonable layout, and feel very comfortable. It is very convenient for people who are on a business trip or who want to play two more days. Coffee and tea are also provided in the room. The cold drinks in the small refrigerator are free, and there is also mineral water that can be seen everywhere in the public area. It is too atmospheric to drink casually. It rained in the morning and didn't want to go out to eat, so I went to the hotel for breakfast. The utensils are very delicate and beautiful, and the taste is good. Although I didn't experience Jinan's breakfast culture when I went out, the hotel breakfast made up for my little regret! The location is also really good. It is Wulongtan when you go out, and Quancheng Road, Quancheng Square and Baotu Spring are just a little bit south. The hotel also has its own parking lot, so parking is not too convenient. I am very satisfied with this trip, and I will come again next time I have a chance.
