Later, the woman at the front desk said that if I spent more than 200 yuan, I could be upgraded from a star member to a Huazhu gold card member and my room could be upgraded to a family suite, which would also include breakfast for the 3 days. I declined. Before I even entered the room, they started selling me something! This doesn't feel good. Later we entered the room, which faced the road. The front desk called to ask how I felt about the room. I said it was not good to be close to the road and it was noisy at night. She said to ask the leader to see if there were other rooms. Later we moved to a room on the 3rd floor, which was okay [the room was not upgraded, it was the same room type, but different orientation]. On the third day, before going out in the morning, I passed by the front desk and saw a woman at the front desk letting a robot deliver welcome fruit to the guests' rooms. I asked her if your family had welcome fruit delivered? I asked why we didn’t have it, and she said only gold card members had it! Even the welcome fruit is treated differently! Later, a man at the front desk said, which room are you in? We'll give you a free gift. It's already the third day you've stayed here, and you're offering me welcome fruit, but I don't want it! I am very satisfied with the room cleaning auntie, it is very clean. I met the auntie before going out on the first and second days, and asked her to put more water when cleaning, so that I could make tea. The auntie gave me several more bottles, which I made tea in the room at night. good! I checked out at 11 o'clock on the fourth day. The front desk asked me how the room was. I said it was not very good and the experience was not good! Because we left to catch the train, the front desk manager Zhang Hao chased after us to apologize, and then helped to move the luggage to the bus stop. This is my feeling after staying here for 4 days, and I would like to especially praise the cleaning lady and the hotel manager Zhang Hao! ! ! The reason I gave a low score to the service was the front desk! ! ! I paid for the service, but the front desk staff of this store did not give me the good feeling as described in the reviews! Just say hello when you come in and out. Either the front desk just serves different dishes to different people, I didn't feel the service from the front desk during my 4-day stay! The front desk didn't ask me if I needed any help or offer any service. I had to carry my luggage by myself! On the third day, when I was out and didn't see the aunt, I told a male staff member at the front desk to help clean up. The staff member asked if I needed the sheets changed. I had originally booked the hotel for a consecutive stay and was leaving on the fourth day, so I declined. This hotel starts with sales promotion when checking in, with welcome fruits and special treatment for members. Star members are not eligible for these. The service in this store is not as good as the 3 other Manxin stores I stayed in before in Beijing! I won’t come next time!

The most satisfying hotel for this trip to Jinan. The hotel is located in a garden with a large view and can set off fireworks. Service attitude is very very satisfied, warm smile business is superb. The roast duck is also wrong.

The room is comfortable and clean, very close to the high-speed rail station, you can see the waiting hall when you go out, you can walk in 5 minutes, and there is an exclusive parking lot for free parking, the parking lot can also see the interior of the high-speed rail platform on the third floor z

The hotel is quite good, i like the lobby and the bar at the lobby. I couldn't find the gym easily though. The rooms are exactly as they look on the pictures. Whenever I ordered food from outside, the hotel staff immediately brought it to my room. The location is great and accessible except for one end of the road that leads to the hotel which is blocked
