The bedding and toiletries are particularly clean, there is hand-made coffee in the room, and all drinks are free. During the stay, the stomach hurt and discomfort. Miss Tong on duty at the front desk personally sent ginger slices and brown sugar. She also asked if she needed to cook it for me. She also told me that I was uncomfortable at night and could ask her for help at any time. When checking out, the front desk lady sent several packs of brown sugar ginger tea. Very warm. I really like our big mountain!

This review is too late. I stayed in the hotel for the first time in October 2022. Because I wanted to get a better room view experience, I asked the cleaning lady Wang Meiyun to help me coordinate with the front desk to change the room (I don’t know if Aunt Wang is still working in the hotel) , I hope the hotel customer service can reply to me in the comment area), I had a very happy accommodation experience, so I came to Laiwu again in September a year later and stayed at this hotel. I had a very happy trip. Thank you Aunt Wang for your stay. Warm service. (The hot pot in the hotel is delicious, awesome)

At 9 pm, the customer service was also enthusiastic and quickly checked in. But the first time I didn't know why, the room card couldn't open the door, so I went down and re-applied! The room is relatively large, the facilities and price are equal, the basic toiletries are complete, the TV is a little problem, the phone in the house cannot be connected to the main station! I called the front desk by myself and didn't mention the solution. It was too late and I didn't want anyone to disturb me. I didn't ask again. I solved the TV problem! The sanitary condition is average, the bathroom smells a bit, but it is ventilated and basically has no impact. Overall, if not strict, just overnight rest, recommended stay!

The room is very large, the big bed room is said to be a 1.8-meter bed, the actual bed is two meters, it is very comfortable to sleep, the refrigerator washing machine and other facilities are complete, except for the small bathroom, other aspects are quite satisfactory, the price is super high. There are many restaurants in the community and it is very convenient. Parking is fairly convenient, there is no charge for on-street parking spaces, and parking in the community is 20 yuan (overnight). This is the second time I have stayed.
