10-15 mins from the airport. The hotel is very clean and has an open setting. The food service is excellent. Staff is friendly and food is really good. Had dinner and breakfast there. They have a good chef :). Will definitely stay here again.

so so… I write it first. The general reason is that I feel that the hotel service staff are not flexible or considerate at all... I got off the expressway due to heavy fog, so I hurriedly booked a room and chose the wrong package. I bought a package without breakfast at 457. It was indeed my negligence. So when I found out later, I communicated and asked if I could get a breakfast. I didn’t understand, and I didn’t pay less. I’m a woman, and I only had a bun and a bowl of porridge for breakfast. How much could I eat on a foggy day? There aren't that many places to eat nearby, so there's no room for discussion... In comparison, other hotels can proactively upgrade the room type and provide breakfast, which is very disappointing. Objectively speaking, the room was a bit cold and there was air leakage from the windows, but everything else was fine.

Very nice hotel close to the airport. I had a early flight so I booked it and didn’t expect much but once I arrived I was pleasantly surprised :) very nice:)

Facilities: The hotel has a gym, free breakfast, and robot service Hygiene: Overall hygiene is okay, but there are no disposable towels and bath towels. Environment: The hotel is very close to the airport and the surrounding area is very quiet. Service: I made a reservation for one night. I originally wanted to check out at 2 pm, but I wanted to extend the room for an hour or two. I couldn't, so I had to buy a 4-hour room. The airport pick-up service is okay, but the hotel car is very hot without air conditioning.

The environment is very clean and the pick-up and drop-off service is also very considerate. Very satisfied and will recommend to friends

Because the platform company is in Jinan, Shandong, I stayed at the nearby Ramada Hotel. This was my second stay and my experience was as good as my first stay. Both the stay environment and the attitude of the staff were good. I would like to express my special thanks to the pretty girl at the front desk, Wang Xin, for her great help when I needed a room for Xu Bantian, and for recommending this hotel to everyone.

Facilities: The hardware facilities are complete. I understand that this hotel has been in business for a long time, but the facilities are not all outdated and still meet the high five-star standards. Service: There should be a concierge at the door. The service is very good, especially Dalila who checked in. She is very patient and will solve the problem step by step. She always helps solve the problem with a smile. Her enthusiasm makes me feel good about the hotel. Hygiene: Personally, I think the hotel's hygiene should be good. I saw someone wiping the luggage trolley in the morning. They were doing these details at a time when most people couldn't see them. I believe other aspects will put my mind at ease. Next time I stay, I will still make it my first choice. I will also highly recommend this Sheraton hotel to my friends.

Great customer service, good location, clean rooms. I used this hotel on my way to the airport. Staff have great English and are very helpful. Lots of places to go out and eat and drink. Convenient for the airport of just to stay in Jinan.

The overall experience was great. I had a wonderful time. Thanks to the front desk for the effort to help during the pandemic.

This hotel was superb, only one thing to consider. The bathroom with sliding glass door is a nice idea but there should be some kind of curtain to stop the light shining through. In the middle of the night if you switch the bathroom light on then the bedroom where your partner is sleeping also lights up. Other than this the staff were very kind and helpful. Spoke English well enough to assist us.
