I'm absolutely captivated by this hidden gem of a hotel! From the moment I stepped in, I felt the incredibly attentive service. The lady at the front desk had such a sweet smile and patiently answered all my questions, making the check-in experience absolutely seamless. The biggest surprise was the rooftop terrace BBQ. Enjoying skewers and beer with the evening breeze was simply delightful, and every dish was incredibly flavorful! I particularly want to highlight the attention to detail in their service. When they found out I needed the restaurant to help slice some salmon, the staff member didn't hesitate, immediately slicing and plating it, and even thoughtfully provided dipping sauce. It was such a heartwarming gesture! From the service and overall stay experience to the food, everything was impeccable. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

The room is large, free upgrade, good service, convenient to eat and buy things around, the price is cheap, and the hotel is very close to various scenic spots, the bus can reach, Jinan people are very enthusiastic.

Very good hotel, very clean and convenient. It is opposite Qianfoshan Hospital and a 10-minute walk to Qianfoshan. There are also many snacks nearby. The mutton soup at Sanyihe Hotel is very delicious, especially the beautiful front desk lady Peng Xinyu, who is beautiful and kind, with a super good attitude. Thumbs up!

The hotel is very nice and in a great central location, however our stay wasn't as pleasant as we had hoped due to broken air conditioning. It got up to 28 degrees while we were trying to sleep and was very uncomfortable. They did give us a fan to use but it didn't help much. The only other complaint we have is that their gym facility is not so great, the weights are super light, so not appropriate for a big workout. If the air conditioning was working it would be a fantastic hotel. Hopefully they get this fixed very soon. The rooms are brand new and very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly.

The pillows and quilts in the room are clean, but in fact it is a bit far away from Daming Lake, Baotu Spring, Furong Street, and Wulongtan. It takes 30 minutes to walk and 20 minutes to walk to the latest Shimao Plaza. There are a lot of Chinese food for breakfast, including pork belly. It tastes good, soy milk tastes good. The waiters are warm and courteous and cost-effective

We booked a room for 3 days and 2 nights. The decoration of the room was so-so, but that was not the main point. There was no fruit on the day we checked in, and the room was very unhygienic. There were several visible hairs on the floor, a layer of dust on the carpet on the table, and a lot of fluff on the bedsheets and quilts. I was shocked~ My husband wore mostly black clothes. He was covered in white fluff after lying on the bed for a while. My 16-month-old son walked barefoot in the room, and both feet were black! I immediately asked the front desk to arrange for re-cleaning. When we came back from the trip that night, we did find that it was re-cleaned. On the second day, we went out to play at 9 o'clock in the morning and returned to the room at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. As a result, no waiter cleaned the room, the garbage did not arrive, and there was not even a bottle of mineral water, let alone the children's slippers, toothbrushes, and bed sheets. There was nothing!! I was shocked~ I stayed at the All Seasons when I went to Nanjing in July and Shanghai in September. The service was really not like this. I felt very happy when I came back every day to see the clean room. Ni's Haitai is really too bad~ I asked the front desk again, and later arranged for the waiter to deliver water, take out the garbage, and give the washing things. Nishi Haitai will not come again for the second time, everyone please avoid it.

The hotel decoration is Italian simple style, the color is soft, there are sofas and books in the public area, suitable for our middle-aged and elderly to read books and be in a daze.
