The service staff you meet in the public areas will take the initiative to say hello. When checking out, they also gave us snacks and drinks to eat on the way, which was so thoughtful! The breakfast was so delicious! Jinan’s special snacks are all available! There is also a wide variety of other Chinese and Western delicacies. I ate too much😭 I will choose your restaurant next time I come to Jinan!!

Hotel location is good, not very far from attractions. Good service and breakfast! Cleaner lady is very friendly and helpful. Downside: it’s very old and needs renovation! The lobby looks dark and old, only four seats at the lobby and mostly occupied. Should have put more chairs for people to sit and rest! Washing machines and the dryer are not functioning well, the weather was hot so we needed to wash cloth often, it took a few hours to wash and dry, very inconvenient!

Excellent service attitude, very strong service awareness, and also very concerned about customer needs, which is very important! However, the facilities still need to be improved. And it is very close to the train station. I will come again next time.

A very scenic and peaceful location, you can enjoy the lake area right at the hotel's doorstep. The only thing is the only way to reach the hotel is by foot and the nearest the car can drop off is by the road side of the lake. However the hotel provides a vehicle service to fetch you and your luggage to and fro to the location you need to be so you don't have to travel by foot with your luggage. Hotel staff is exceptionally hospitable and friendly, they sincerely welcome you and help you with any requests or questions. They're so cheerful as well We even received some souvenirs at the end of your stay which was very nice of them, and was provided with free breakfast daily. Breakfast food was good too with a cosy but adequately filling selection. Some items change on different days too. Overall, apart from the hotel being a little old and the toilet interior design being a little odd, it was a very comfortable stay!

No wonder it is so comfortable. There is a shopping mall and supermarket next to it. It is convenient for eating and shopping. The actual photos and the display pictures are almost the same. The B&B by Daming Lake is convenient for sightseeing and traveling. The Chinese-style courtyard is quiet and tidy. It is very photogenic. This time I stayed for five consecutive nights just to visit Daming Lake in depth. The hotel is very close to scenic spots such as Chaoran Tower, Huibo Tower, Nanfeng Temple, Yuhe Hall, Beiji Pavilion, etc., and can be walked. It is only one and a half kilometers away from historical and cultural blocks such as Furong Street, Qushuiting Street, Baihuazhou, etc. The hotel's breakfast is also very distinctive, one for each person, which can be selected in advance, and the portion is very sufficient. Although the room area is not large, it is relatively compact and easy to use, and the bedding and washing supplies are good. Afternoon tea and supper cakes, fruit yogurt and other drinks are also delivered every day. Souvenirs were also given when checking out. It is particularly worth mentioning that the service attitude of the staff is really good, which is also a distinct feature of the hotel. In addition, the response to ordering a taxi at the hotel is very fast and convenient. Of course, it would be even more perfect if the guest room was equipped with a rack for luggage and a towel hook. It is recommended to choose this hotel when traveling to Jinan.
