When you're out and about, getting warm water is always a hassle—you either have to wait for a kettle to heat up or buy bottled water and have to carry it with you. But here, there's no need to wait for water. With a single button, you can switch between room temperature, warm, and hot water, making it perfect for making coffee in the morning or drinking honey water in the evening. Especially when you wake up thirsty in the middle of the night, you don't have to fumble for bottled water in the dark; you can just walk to the kitchen and get a glass of warm water in three seconds. Hotel reception staffs very friendly and helpful. They provided helpful information and even booked taxi for me. Appreciate it. Room cleaning lady very thorough and good. Room always clean and tidy. Laundry room has 5 washing and 5 drying machines - I loved it. Location near metro but not many shops. However, I just have to walk for less than 10 mins to reach shops and restaurant.

A very scenic and peaceful location, you can enjoy the lake area right at the hotel's doorstep. The only thing is the only way to reach the hotel is by foot and the nearest the car can drop off is by the road side of the lake. However the hotel provides a vehicle service to fetch you and your luggage to and fro to the location you need to be so you don't have to travel by foot with your luggage. Hotel staff is exceptionally hospitable and friendly, they sincerely welcome you and help you with any requests or questions. They're so cheerful as well We even received some souvenirs at the end of your stay which was very nice of them, and was provided with free breakfast daily. Breakfast food was good too with a cosy but adequately filling selection. Some items change on different days too. Overall, apart from the hotel being a little old and the toilet interior design being a little odd, it was a very comfortable stay!

This trip was very pleasant. The service of Shandong Jiankang Licheng Hotel was very good. The warm service of Ms. Jing and Ms. Zhang, the waitresses on the 11th floor, made us feel very cordial. The service manager and employees in the lobby were very enthusiastic. They took the initiative to introduce us to the surrounding attractions and routes, and added WeChat to answer our questions at any time. The restaurant manager came out to serve the guests in person, which fully reflected the hotel's spirit of teamwork and is our role model! The hygiene of the dishes is exquisite in details. Checked into the hotel and the first room they gave us hadn’t been cleaned, so they moved us to a new room. Didn’t have too much time for breakfast, but they had quite a good selection of breakfast foods. Walking to the train station from the hotel took less than 10 minutes, and cycling from the hotel to Daming Lake was very simple too.

Hotel location is good, not very far from attractions. Good service and breakfast! Cleaner lady is very friendly and helpful. Downside: it’s very old and needs renovation! The lobby looks dark and old, only four seats at the lobby and mostly occupied. Should have put more chairs for people to sit and rest! Washing machines and the dryer are not functioning well, the weather was hot so we needed to wash cloth often, it took a few hours to wash and dry, very inconvenient!

One of the best hotel we have stay. The staffs are very professional and they are very helpful. Breakfast are of wide varieties and nice taste. I like the beef noodles very much. Thanks for the hospitality and free gift when we check out.

The hotel is at the back of the train station. You have to go around to take the train. I wanted to book the Railway Hotel, but it was full that day, so I booked this hotel instead. It looks like a big hotel from a distance. There are 4 counters in the lobby, two of which are hotels, and the other two are unknown companies. The front desk lady was very good and upgraded me. I wonder if it was from the 12th floor to the 17th floor? The room is a bit small, and some furniture cannot be put together, which makes it difficult to use. It would be better to remove the slats on the cabinets. When I turned off the TV and planned to go to bed at night, I noticed that the train noise was quite loud. The breakfast was good, with both Chinese and Western food, but it was a bit salty. They insisted on the traditional characteristics of Shandong cuisine and were unwilling to change.

All good, location, room, service, cleanliness, foc washing and dry cleaning, etc. pillow quality is good. Only comment is the sound insulation, whenever next door used the tap, it can be loud. Also, please try to remove the left over smoking smell from previous occupiers. Do enforce non smoking. Will sure to book again.

had a wonderful stay in QuanShuiRenJia, the staff were amazing! Amazing customer service as well! Love the interior of the place, plus points especially to the automated heated toilet bowl. However, breakfast for everyday is the same, hope to see some rotations for breakfast! Would still recommend this place to foreigners to stay in as it is really convenient in terms of location ❤️
