During our stay, upon noticing we had a child, she took the initiative to add a bed rail and surprised us with some delightful snacks. When we unexpectedly needed to print documents, she handled it swiftly and precisely, all with a constant, cheerful smile. Every time we met her at the Horizon Club, she would accurately address us by name and recall details of attractions we'd discussed, making us feel like valued friends. Upon our departure, when our pre-arranged car arrived ahead of schedule, she thoughtfully provided an extra bottle of water and reminded us to have a safe journey. This level of meticulous attention to detail transformed the Horizon Club from just an accommodation space into a temporary home. Dream's professionalism and genuine warmth truly deserve the highest praise!

The hotel is well located and is near the town centre, it’s very convenient if conducting business in Jinan. Additionally, it is only about 10 minutes walk to the airport shuttle terminus in town (other end of the street). Although the hotel facilities require some minor updating, the hotel and the rooms are very clean and functional. The services provided by all the staff are exemplary, they were faultless. The reception desk are very helpful and had offered me many helpful advices, which smooth my stay in Jinan (Many thanks to one of the receptionist, 刘楊, who had been very kind and helpful). In my opinion, the services provided from this hotel were at least on par, if not better, than many international hotel chains I had stayed with in Europe. In no doubt, I have no hesitation in recommending my friends to stay at this hotel when visiting Jinan.

The first time I stayed in this hotel, I was really attracted by it! As soon as I entered the hotel, the smell of tea hit me. I asked and found out that it was fragrance. It smelled very good and special! Walking into the room, the warm-toned lighting created a warm atmosphere, the bedding was skin-friendly and breathable, and there were soft buckwheat pillows to choose from. I really understand sleep picky people! The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the shower head in the shower room had even water flow. What surprised me most was the service details of the hotel: welcome fruits were prepared, and the front desk was online 24 hours a day, and it could respond quickly whether it was inquiring about routes or borrowing charging cables. The restaurant environment during breakfast time was elegant, with not only local snacks, but also Western pastries and freshly squeezed juices. Whether it is business travel or leisure travel, this hotel is perfectly suitable! Convenient transportation, not far from the high-speed rail station and scenic spots, 3 to 4 minutes walk to Quancheng Square, super cost-effective. I have already recommended it to my friends around me, and it is definitely the best choice for travel and accommodation!

Jinan is really crowded everywhere, but the location of this hotel is really good ~ Baotu Spring, Black Tiger Spring, business district, all very close~ The environment is clean and bright, and the housekeeper Xiaoji will provide everything that should be provided. I will choose this place again next time I come~

The room faces the sun, with large floor-to-ceiling windows, very bright Facilities: Complete Sanitation: Very clean Environment: Quiet, good sound insulation, almost no sound from outside (if it is noisy, you will not miss breakfast on the first night 😅 and oversleep 😭) Service: Warm and polite, smiling, answering all questions and responding to all requests. The service staff you meet in the public areas will take the initiative to say hello. When checking out, they also gave us snacks and drinks to eat on the way, which was so thoughtful! The breakfast was so delicious! Jinan’s special snacks are all available! There is also a wide variety of other Chinese and Western delicacies. I ate too much😭 I will choose your restaurant next time I come to Jinan!!

This is my second stay. Puxiu is as considerate as ever. Both the front desk and other staff are very enthusiastic. I will continue to choose to stay in Puxiu when I have the opportunity to come to Jinan in the future.

The room is clean and hygienic. The front desk lady is very nice. Before we came, she even called to ask about transportation, how to park, and the weather conditions. Check-in was very fast. It was very late when we arrived, and the lady even upgraded the room. The hotel also collects express delivery, and the express delivery sent in advance is properly kept.
