Very good at the center of the city and very near to the major attractions.

Dream's service made our stay at the Horizon Club at Shangri-La Jinan exceptionally warm and memorable. From the check-in process, she meticulously inquired about our travel plans, proactively introduced the exclusive Horizon Club privileges, and even thoughtfully prepared our preferred tea bags. During our stay, upon noticing we had a child, she took the initiative to add a bed rail and surprised us with some delightful snacks. When we unexpectedly needed to print documents, she handled it swiftly and precisely, all with a constant, cheerful smile. Every time we met her at the Horizon Club, she would accurately address us by name and recall details of attractions we'd discussed, making us feel like valued friends. Upon our departure, when our pre-arranged car arrived ahead of schedule, she thoughtfully provided an extra bottle of water and reminded us to have a safe journey. This level of meticulous attention to detail transformed the Horizon Club from just an accommodation space into a temporary home. Dream's professionalism and genuine warmth truly deserve the highest praise!

One of the best hotels I have stayed considering everything. I think best choice to stay in Jinan and to avoid generic brands. Good location, Spring square near, shoping center around, beatiful 49th rotating floor breakfast, excellent room, 7 bottles of water:), cheap minibar. Not 100% glamorous, 99%, but with much more heart. Thank you Mr. Harry, Mr. Steve and Mrs Amy for your help and information. Only one little advice: bar could be open until 23:00

Hotel reception staffs very friendly and helpful. They provided helpful information and even booked taxi for me. Appreciate it. Room cleaning lady very thorough and good. Room always clean and tidy. Laundry room has 5 washing and 5 drying machines - I loved it. Location near metro but not many shops. However, I just have to walk for less than 10 mins to reach shops and restaurant.

A very scenic and peaceful location, you can enjoy the lake area right at the hotel's doorstep. The only thing is the only way to reach the hotel is by foot and the nearest the car can drop off is by the road side of the lake. However the hotel provides a vehicle service to fetch you and your luggage to and fro to the location you need to be so you don't have to travel by foot with your luggage. Hotel staff is exceptionally hospitable and friendly, they sincerely welcome you and help you with any requests or questions. They're so cheerful as well We even received some souvenirs at the end of your stay which was very nice of them, and was provided with free breakfast daily. Breakfast food was good too with a cosy but adequately filling selection. Some items change on different days too. Overall, apart from the hotel being a little old and the toilet interior design being a little odd, it was a very comfortable stay!

The hotel is well located and is near the town centre, it’s very convenient if conducting business in Jinan. Additionally, it is only about 10 minutes walk to the airport shuttle terminus in town (other end of the street). Although the hotel facilities require some minor updating, the hotel and the rooms are very clean and functional. The services provided by all the staff are exemplary, they were faultless. The reception desk are very helpful and had offered me many helpful advices, which smooth my stay in Jinan (Many thanks to one of the receptionist, 刘楊, who had been very kind and helpful). In my opinion, the services provided from this hotel were at least on par, if not better, than many international hotel chains I had stayed with in Europe. In no doubt, I have no hesitation in recommending my friends to stay at this hotel when visiting Jinan.

Yesterday, the housekeeper Wang called me at night and sent me milk. When I checked out today, he also asked me if I needed to delay the check-out time. It deserves five-star praise. The location of the hotel is also quite good. The hotel on Jingshi Road is also a combination of conference and accommodation. It is quite convenient overall.

The room is very good, the facilities are complete, the service is particularly good, the breakfast is very rich, with many varieties and delicious taste. The four of us are very satisfied. I will recommend this hotel to my friends in the future!

The first time I stayed in this hotel, I was really attracted by it! As soon as I entered the hotel, the smell of tea hit me. I asked and found out that it was fragrance. It smelled very good and special! Walking into the room, the warm-toned lighting created a warm atmosphere, the bedding was skin-friendly and breathable, and there were soft buckwheat pillows to choose from. I really understand sleep picky people! The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the shower head in the shower room had even water flow. What surprised me most was the service details of the hotel: welcome fruits were prepared, and the front desk was online 24 hours a day, and it could respond quickly whether it was inquiring about routes or borrowing charging cables. The restaurant environment during breakfast time was elegant, with not only local snacks, but also Western pastries and freshly squeezed juices. Whether it is business travel or leisure travel, this hotel is perfectly suitable! Convenient transportation, not far from the high-speed rail station and scenic spots, 3 to 4 minutes walk to Quancheng Square, super cost-effective. I have already recommended it to my friends around me, and it is definitely the best choice for travel and accommodation!

The worse hotel i ever had. First, the hotel is 15 years old which do not give a good feeling of goodlooking and cleanliness. Room is dark and found the bed **** broken. The leaving day, i fall down between the entrance and the bathroom access. There was a water leakage from the ceiling and i was wearing sleeper. Luckily only my glasses got broken. Management did not take it very seriously, just handle the fix my glasses to nearest shop. I will not recommand to any people I want claim for compensation/reimbursement
