I've been in many hotels around the world, it's hard to beat this one. I live on top of a shopping mall, on floor 20. I don't need to go outside for anything, unless I want to. Staff is awesome, especially my cleaning lady. She is not judgemental, even when I puke in my bed when I was too drunk. She still gives the best, kind service. She's awesome!

The atmosphere of the hotel is very comfortable and pleasant, making people feel relaxed and happy as soon as they enter the door. The rooms are stylish and practical, and every detail reflects the hotel's intentions. In terms of dining, both the hotel's breakfast room and the nearby cooperative restaurant provide delicious food. The variety and price of the drinks on the first floor are very good, and it is convenient to go back to the room for a drink. New hotel with reasonable price, about 400-500m from metro station and easy to go to Jinan airport and Jinan East railway station.

It could be seen that it was quite busy. I asked the little girl at the service for boiled water and planned to pour it myself without bothering them. Yes, the little girl said no, they would just come and serve. However, water was not served even after we almost finished eating, because the set meal included Cantonese chicken soup, and she did not rush for water at all. When checking out, she complained to the staff angrily. The staff at the checkout apologized very nicely and said they would give timely feedback to the leader, and handled the checkout and invoice matters very quickly. I thought that was the end of it, but less than ten minutes after returning to the room, a hotel manager came with me. A fruit plate and two bottles of juice came to the room to apologize again. There was no explanation for the full name. They just apologized and told them that the follow-up service would be guaranteed. They also left a business card to say that they could contact the hotel at any time if they have any service needs. I finally returned home satisfied with this trip and will come again next week. It is highly recommended.

Clean modern hotel, large size room, breakfast reasonable, but all of this is meaningless when the room was like an oven and the air con not only didn’t work, but the cold setting kept automatically jumping back up to 25 degrees and actually warming the room. The main purpose of booking a hotel is somewhere to sleep for the night, and when it is way too hot too sleep, then that is a major drawback!

Before checking in, I called to ask if I was driving and needed to reserve a parking space. It was smaller than the Qingdao Sakura I stayed in before. Atour in the town is so much better!
