Fantastic stay! The free airport pick-up and drop-off were seamless. Staff were genuinely kind and helpful from check-in to check-out. I was warmly welcomed, check-in was quick thanks to pre-prepared paperwork, and I even got a WeChat message to confirm if I needed anything else. The hotel is new, modern, and clean, with a beautiful scent in the hallways that reminded me of Crown Casino Melbourne. Rooms are high-tech with heated toilet seats, and thoughtful touches like free drinks in the lobby and bottled water in the gym and room. They even helped me iron my shirts! Special thanks to Yang Qianqian and Shan Yuming. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Jinan, you won’t regret it. If you’re traveling from overseas, message the hotel through your booking and share your WeChat ID, they’ll contact you directly to arrange airport pickup.

新開的酒店，離濟南東站較近，酒店環境和早餐都挺不錯，但是遇到了兩件事，大家自己評斷吧，首先，這麼熱的天氣，我在酒店是432房熱醒了，酒店樓道都比房間涼快，第二就是洗衣房，説了放洗衣液供習慣手洗的人用，可是我去衹放了一袋嬰童洗衣液，很小一袋，很小氣的樣子，服務就那樣吧，新開的酒店希望能改進下，才配的上這種的環境。

I was surprised by how clean this place is and the kindness from the staff . Livia was an absolute pleasure to deal with . Having the language barrier livia was able to communicate well with me . I would visit this place again highly recommend.

Staying in this hotel at this price can be regarded as upper-middle class. Overall, everything is very good, and the details are in place. The paper towels in the toilet and the room are folded in triangles, and there are two more face towels than other hotels. There is also a rare skin care lotion. . I came back from climbing Mount Tai and called the hotel to ask if I could check in at 7 or 8 o’clock. The service was very good. In my personal opinion, the three bad points are: 1. The price of the hotel laundry room and drying clothes is too high high. 2. The quality of the complimentary fruit plate is not good (the apple is bad, and I don’t understand why I can give you a hard kiwi. How can I eat it?) 3. The air conditioner is not effective Overall, it is very good. A good attitude will make me ignore some unsatisfactory places. After climbing Mount Tai, I come back to this hotel to stay in a good mood. The service is very good. I highly recommend staying in this hotel! Let me have a good impression of Jinan's hotels! ! !

My family of three stayed in a luxury suite. The room's environment and facilities were decent overall. However, I found the room's layout design problematic. For a suite, the way the bathroom was integrated into the room without any exhaust fan felt very unreasonable and poorly thought out. The gym facilities were quite basic, and I found the actual equipment didn't match the promotional images at all. Service: The service was generally underwhelming. My booking included executive lounge access, yet the front desk staff failed to inform me. I only remembered to inquire about it myself on the second day; a less attentive guest would have completely missed out. I honestly felt the service at this Kempinski was practically non-existent. For a price of 1600 per night, this level of service severely diminishes the value.

The first stop of our self-driving trip from Beijing was Nanjing, and the second stop was Zibo. However, the hotel we wanted to book in Zibo was fully booked, and it was already past nine o'clock in the evening when we left Nanjing, so we booked a night in Jinan directly, and drove to Zibo the next day. I didn't expect this hotel to be so good. It was already four twenty in the morning when we arrived at the hotel. The hotel is very new. The lady at the front desk saw that we arrived late, so she delayed our check-out and upgraded our room for free. The hotel also provided free parking and registered our license plate number for us. Our room was also on a higher floor, with a bathtub in the room and welcome fruits. Thanks to Miss Amanda from GRO for drawing the welcome card. The bathrobes in the hotel were also very comfortable, and we slept very well all night. When we checked out in the morning, the front desk also thoughtfully packed up the breakfast we didn't have for us to take away. Jinan's old four-star hotel, good service, convenient transportation, and Huanyu City for shopping. I recommend the Chinese restaurant on the second floor, the food is affordable and delicious, very suitable for family banquets.

This is a review I want to write seriously, but it's a bad review. I brought my family here because it's expensive and I want to honor my parents, but the experience was very bad. I checked out of Shungeng Villa and climbed Qianfo Mountain. The time was not well arranged. It was more than three o'clock in the afternoon when I checked into the hotel. The family didn't have lunch, so they wanted to use the packed meals to fill up. I called the front desk to ask for a few pairs of chopsticks, but they said they didn't have any. There happened to be two waiters in the room to help us make the sofa bed, so we tried to ask if you ordered takeout (want to see if it is possible to find disposable chopsticks), and the answer was that you eat in the employee cafeteria and don't order outside. The hotel is very remote, and there is no way for a while, so the family can only eat with their hands. This is a disappointing hotel. You can feel that the hotel management is very poor. The waiter drove the electric car to send us to the room at a very fast speed. The electric car on the opposite side was also fast and drove with one hand, and the other hand was looking at the phone. The road is narrow. If the front of the opposite car hadn't entered the green belt, it might have hit it. I feel that it is very unprofessional. There are elderly people in our car, and they feel scared. You can see the pictures I uploaded for the sanitation. The cigarette butts and spit in the toilet in the lobby are glaring on the ground, which is in stark contrast to the hotel price of 1,400 yuan per night. The underground garage is not well managed. The employees' electric bikes are obviously parked in the driving area, which makes it very difficult to get out of the car (attached with photos). After the manager learned that I wanted to complain, he began to explain that the phone may have been connected to the hotel next door. He said that he had done an investigation and did not receive the call we asked for chopsticks. He said that the front desk had chopsticks. The strange thing is that when we called the bed-making service, the person was able to come, and the same call was miraculously connected. I noticed that the hotel is a Huazhu Club. I have listened to Teacher Ji Qi's class. I don't know what a person who pursues perfection would think when seeing the photos of cigarette butts and spit.

I booked a hotel to go to Sunac, and the Ctrip package was very cost-effective. The hotel page did not mention the construction problem throughout March. I only found out about it when I checked in and saw the information sheet. The front desk changed me to a garden view room after I raised the issue, and I really didn't hear any noise. The pool service staff was great. After the children had a great time at night, they went there early the next morning. Good reviews. But the breakfast was really not good, the noodles! All! Cooked! Not! Cooked! I suggest that guests staying in the hotel don't eat noodles...

Clean modern hotel, large size room, breakfast reasonable, but all of this is meaningless when the room was like an oven and the air con not only didn’t work, but the cold setting kept automatically jumping back up to 25 degrees and actually warming the room. The main purpose of booking a hotel is somewhere to sleep for the night, and when it is way too hot too sleep, then that is a major drawback!
