Dream's service made our stay at the Horizon Club at Shangri-La Jinan exceptionally warm and memorable. From the check-in process, she meticulously inquired about our travel plans, proactively introduced the exclusive Horizon Club privileges, and even thoughtfully prepared our preferred tea bags. During our stay, upon noticing we had a child, she took the initiative to add a bed rail and surprised us with some delightful snacks. When we unexpectedly needed to print documents, she handled it swiftly and precisely, all with a constant, cheerful smile. Every time we met her at the Horizon Club, she would accurately address us by name and recall details of attractions we'd discussed, making us feel like valued friends. Upon our departure, when our pre-arranged car arrived ahead of schedule, she thoughtfully provided an extra bottle of water and reminded us to have a safe journey. This level of meticulous attention to detail transformed the Horizon Club from just an accommodation space into a temporary home. Dream's professionalism and genuine warmth truly deserve the highest praise!

I have been to 13 cities in the past two weeks since I returned to China. Today, I have unlocked a new map again. I feel that the most cost-effective hotel I have stayed in recently is the Jinan Junting Hotel in the Olympic Sports Center and CBD Center of Qilu Land. For this price, you can upgrade to an executive room for free, equipped with deson + Bulgari amenities, juice drinks, and craft beer. The gym, swimming pool, and lobby are all great.

I've been in many hotels around the world, it's hard to beat this one. I live on top of a shopping mall, on floor 20. I don't need to go outside for anything, unless I want to. Staff is awesome, especially my cleaning lady. She is not judgemental, even when I puke in my bed when I was too drunk. She still gives the best, kind service. She's awesome!

Grace was fantastic; she contacted me in advance to arrange the room and thoughtfully assigned one facing the Olympic Sports Center. The room itself was decent, though the facilities felt a bit dated, and some doors had a noticeable creak. Overall, the service was excellent. At the buffet restaurant, you could order à la carte, but the portions were rather small, and some dishes were a bit too salty. However, when we mentioned it, the staff were quick to replace them. The food at the Chinese restaurant, however, was consistently delicious.

The atmosphere of the hotel is very comfortable and pleasant, making people feel relaxed and happy as soon as they enter the door. The rooms are stylish and practical, and every detail reflects the hotel's intentions. In terms of dining, both the hotel's breakfast room and the nearby cooperative restaurant provide delicious food. The variety and price of the drinks on the first floor are very good, and it is convenient to go back to the room for a drink. New hotel with reasonable price, about 400-500m from metro station and easy to go to Jinan airport and Jinan East railway station.

The hotel is well located and is near the town centre, it’s very convenient if conducting business in Jinan. Additionally, it is only about 10 minutes walk to the airport shuttle terminus in town (other end of the street). Although the hotel facilities require some minor updating, the hotel and the rooms are very clean and functional. The services provided by all the staff are exemplary, they were faultless. The reception desk are very helpful and had offered me many helpful advices, which smooth my stay in Jinan (Many thanks to one of the receptionist, 刘楊, who had been very kind and helpful). In my opinion, the services provided from this hotel were at least on par, if not better, than many international hotel chains I had stayed with in Europe. In no doubt, I have no hesitation in recommending my friends to stay at this hotel when visiting Jinan.

The first time I stayed in this hotel, I was really attracted by it! As soon as I entered the hotel, the smell of tea hit me. I asked and found out that it was fragrance. It smelled very good and special! Walking into the room, the warm-toned lighting created a warm atmosphere, the bedding was skin-friendly and breathable, and there were soft buckwheat pillows to choose from. I really understand sleep picky people! The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the shower head in the shower room had even water flow. What surprised me most was the service details of the hotel: welcome fruits were prepared, and the front desk was online 24 hours a day, and it could respond quickly whether it was inquiring about routes or borrowing charging cables. The restaurant environment during breakfast time was elegant, with not only local snacks, but also Western pastries and freshly squeezed juices. Whether it is business travel or leisure travel, this hotel is perfectly suitable! Convenient transportation, not far from the high-speed rail station and scenic spots, 3 to 4 minutes walk to Quancheng Square, super cost-effective. I have already recommended it to my friends around me, and it is definitely the best choice for travel and accommodation!
