"Dream's service made our stay at the Horizon Club at Shangri-La Jinan exceptionally warm and memorable. From the check-in process, she meticulously inquired about our travel plans, proactively introduced the exclusive Horizon Club privileges, and even thoughtfully prepared our preferred tea bags. During our stay, upon noticing we had a child, she took the initiative to add a bed rail and surprised us with some delightful snacks. When we unexpectedly needed to print documents, she handled it swiftly and precisely, all with a constant, cheerful smile. Every time we met her at the Horizon Club, she would accurately address us by name and recall details of attractions we'd discussed, making us feel like valued friends. Upon our departure, when our pre-arranged car arrived ahead of schedule, she thoughtfully provided an extra bottle of water and reminded us to have a safe journey. This level of meticulous attention to detail transformed the Horizon Club from just an accommodation space into a temporary home. Dream's professionalism and genuine warmth truly deserve the highest praise!"

"The hotel is extremely recommend... The location is 7 km from Jinan Airport. I choosed this hotel location because I wanted to be next to the airport. Taxi cost from the hotel to the airport around 30 RMB. The staff in the front desk are extremely friendly and helpful. They helped me to wash my clothes. The breakfast is 10/10 . The hotel is new  Thank you. I will come again definitely next time"

"The service is very poor. The Hilton national chain hotel has no fruit or yogurt. If you want Coke, you have to buy it at the front desk. It is not delivered. I would like to ask the official leaders of Hilton, does Hilton provide nothing except a room?"

I feel that the most cost-effective hotel I have stayed in recently is the Jinan Junting Hotel in the Olympic Sports Center and CBD Center of Qilu Land. For this price, you can upgrade to an executive room for free, equipped with deson + Bulgari amenities, juice drinks, and craft beer. The gym, swimming pool, and lobby are all great."

"Traveling with our kids, we chose this hotel because it's right opposite the Olympic Sports Center, primarily to attend Yue Yunpeng's crosstalk show. The room itself was standard, but at 799, it included breakfast for two and two tickets to Jinan Wildlife Park, making it excellent value for money. Special mention to Grace, who provided fantastic follow-up service throughout our stay. She was very thoughtful and incredibly responsive; our license plate was registered instantly after we provided it. The breakfast spread was very generous, and our children thoroughly enjoyed it."

"## Facilities The hotel lobby is situated on the 33rd floor, offering a spacious, bright environment with panoramic views. Guest rooms are located on floors 23-30, requiring a transfer to a separate elevator to descend from the lobby level. ## Cleanliness Spotlessly clean and tidy. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient. ## Environment The only minor drawback is the ongoing construction in the surrounding area. If noise is a concern, I recommend mentioning it at check-in, and the front desk will do their best to arrange a quieter room for you. ## Service The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and responsive to all requests – truly exceptional service! A big thumbs up for this! I checked in on my birthday, and the hotel surprised me with a complimentary cake and fruit, which was a delightful touch and made the trip even more memorable."
