This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and we will be back again. Excellent location, right on the canal and a few minutes walk to Kuanhouli snack street. Close to all the main tourist attractions in the city centre. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Service is excellent - quick check-in, friendly and efficient front desk staff. Even the cleaners were friendly and offered us a bottle of water as we left! Breakfast has a good selection. Recommend this hotel for business or leisure in Jinan!

I booked this hotel in advance because I was on a business trip. The hotel has a very good sanitation environment, and the front desk service attitude is also very good. It is also close to the airport. There is a hotel shuttle to the airport in the morning. I will continue to choose Vienna Hotel next time.

I checked in quite late in the evening, and have been upgraded to the Presidential Suites for one night stay! I wish I had more time to spend at the hotel room but I had to catch an early flight in the morning. The room is of course spacious (＞2000 sq ft) with a kitchen, living room with a dining table, office area and a bedroom. Busy breakfast service in the morning as there’s conference at the hotel. Buffet style breakfast - a wide variety of food including local food. It could be better if there’s more option for vegetables. The staff helped to call a taxi heading to airport. Overall it’s a comfortably short stay.

The hotel itself is lovely and the service is great. Breakfast selection was also pleasing. The room was spacious and very clean. 😊😊😊 But it’s in a developing industrial area and has limited food dinner places around it. But right outside the hotel door, there’s a BBQ restaurant which was great. Stay if you want proximity to the airport not if you want to go out for the night.

Very friendly staff and services. The reception Lucky called me a taxi using her phone. Appreciate her help. The cons are 1) hotel is 15 mins drive away from the airport and 2) the shuttle only runs every hour - from 6-10 am, one hour interval. So if you flight is in between those times you need to wait or take the earlier one

Family! I am so satisfied with this hotel! The family came to Jinan from their hometown to play, and preferred the vicinity of Shimao business district. After comparing several hotels, I chose this one! Just in the core area of Jinan Kuanhouli, parking is also very convenient. The elevator on the first floor goes directly to the hotel on the second floor. It is very close to various attractions. The service attitude of the little brother at the front desk who checked in was also very good, and the room was clean and comfortable! Excellent value for money, relatives and friends will bring them to Jinan to live here in the future
