凌晨到的酒店，前台姐姐服務也很好的。到了房間就很舒服。之前住的時候有梳子落下也會給我打電話的。阿姨也超好的，烘乾機的鍵沒找到哪裡。阿姨很熱心給我解答。 洗澡水很熱很熱。新加了一個固定在牆上擠壓的！好用好用的！！！ 就是酒店的那個窗簾開關不靈敏。需要修一下。太舒服了。 不開空調的話趕緊去會有點冷。不過呆習慣開一會兒空調就夠了。暖和的。

住宿環境還行，這個房間啊打掃衞生真的不用心啊。清掃不徹底也就罷啦，這麼大的垃圾看不見嗎？一個女士有排泄物的內褲，還有用的衞生紙啊都不用清除的嗎？還有這個浴巾呀，明顯都是鐘點房用了直接疊放起來啦。可笑的酒店啊。

前兩天因工作原因到萊蕪出差，我選擇入住了銀座佳悦精選酒店，因體驗感不錯，入住了兩次。
酒店位置極佳，處於萊蕪區中心，交通比較便利，附近有美食街。
辦理入住時，前台工作人員熱情又專業，不僅快速辦理好了手續，還貼心介紹了酒店的各項服務與設施。入住的房間簡約又乾淨，細節處理十分到位。房間裏配備了智能小度，燈光、窗簾等都能通過語音控制，特別方便。房間的隔音效果也很棒，完全聽不到外界的嘈雜聲，能安心休息。
酒店三樓的早餐自助區域讓我印象深刻，品種豐富多樣，中式的油條、豆漿、包子，西式的麪包、牛奶、煎蛋等應有盡有，滿足了不同人的口味需求。
這兩次在萊蕪銀座佳悦精選酒店的入住體驗非常棒 ，下次來萊蕪，我肯定還會選這兒！

這次萊蕪之行，最大敗筆就是沒有選擇之前入住的歡朋和桔子水晶，因為十幾年前在紅石公園附近住過原來的銀座佳悦，感覺非常好，這次到了之後發現搬地方了，整個入住一言難盡了，具體如下
1隔音極差，幾乎可以説沒有隔音，走在樓道都感覺不穩，隔壁住户關門都感覺床在震，
2大晚上隔壁幾個房間在大聲喧嘩，關門框框的響，也沒人管，弄到三點多都沒睡
3前台衹有一個人值班，客房服務肯定沒有，
4馬桶大按鍵是壞的，牙刷很劣質，很難用，
5沒有單獨的護髮素，女朋友洗完澡頭髮直接毛躁打結
6衞生間洗澡沒有硅膠墊子，大冷天衹能光腳站上去，一百多的快捷也都有吧
當然二百多的價格，也不要有太多期待，但是在一個縣城也不算便宜了吧，最後才發現已經不是之前的銀座旗下了，衹是用了原來的名字，大家不要被誤導

1.服務：前台姐姐們真的很好，還幫我指路，打掃衞生及時；2.環境：乾淨衞生，佈局合理，房間有小度很方便，設施基本齊全，電視投屏方便；3.周邊離商鋪也挺近的，交通方便。待改進之處：1.澡間水容易流到走廊，衞生間不能鎖門耶；2.床頭充電位置少，無傷大雅，真的是很好的一次入住體驗，感謝
