一開始在房間躺着，發現被子上有東西再爬，一看是衹蟲子嚇得夠嗆，工作人員服務態度很好立馬提出換個房間，另一個房間一進去地上有個沒打掃的紙團…衞生真的很堪憂，淋浴和水龍頭都比較老舊。

前台服務和保潔人員工作值得肯定，我要吐槽的是酒店的硬件設施，一進樓道就是一股活動板房風，過道和房間裏味道都很大，房間隔音極差，房間設施無論是門還是門鎖，亦或是地板牆體都是臨時房風格，花灑吹風機更是帶病上崗，酒店管理者似乎根本不把住客當回事兒，如此糊弄，能糊弄的了誰

服務：早到了但是同意我們入住，非常好
環境：距離挺多景點較近，公交車站也選擇較多，並且旁邊就是小超市

酒店酒店位置不錯，離濟南站主要景點都很近，距離濟南火車站也非常近，房間乾淨衞生，床品很好，很舒服，很乾凈，床單被罩都是一客一換的，非常乾淨，床單非常乾淨，電視非常乾淨，空調非常乾淨，環境非常好，設施非常好，北京飛常好，房間夠大，熱情周到，有家的感覺，工作人員服務非常好，非常周到，熱情周到，是我住過最滿意的了，住的舒心，住的安心，住的超級贊，推薦入住

這家店房間不提供洗髮水，牆壁上污漬可能一年未清理，衞生間用品及電吹風上污物較多，保潔人員需要加強培訓，洗手枱油膩且污漬較多，懷疑上一位客户退房沒有徹底清理，對乾淨整潔沒有概念的話建議去其他酒店集團學習一下

避雷！
住的第一個房間，房間有股下水道味一直開着通風，空調遙控器不好使又去換的，衞生紙也沒有出去要的，空調外機振動着牆嗡嗡的響。沒辦法半夜又去換了一個房間，但是一樣空調太舊了還是響，實在沒辦法太晚了衹能關了空調睡，12月的天冷嗖嗖的被窩都是涼的。
總體來説，服務很好，硬件不行
