酒店前面就是正在修地鐵，但是幸好我住的時候不是太吵。服務真的非常棒，可以穿漢服什麼的，還贈送了免費的茶歇服務。早餐也超級好吃。我們的孩子非常愛家庭房，不小心打碎了一個茶杯前台也非常客氣問有沒有受傷，不需要賠償了。非常感謝！體驗很好，下次來濟南一定會再住！

全給五星純因為酒店行業不容易，哈哈哈。
地理位置不錯 但周圍在修地鐵施工真是難為酒店了，停車也沒有什麼好辦法。不是酒店本身的問題。外地的小夥伴一定注意。
前台人員充足，服務 分工還需要提升，整體可以，但沒有加分項。酒店沒有浴袍和充電線，還充電寶得把所有衣服穿一遍，謝謝前台一位小姐姐借給的充電線，但出來玩 兩個手機 充電寶都沒電了還是不夠用。
客房行李凳的地下有指甲蓋一個，脱鞋發現的，洗漱台有浮灰，被罩上有多處黑浮球，不知道是開窗問題還是沒抖被罩。洗護沐變成了洗護護，可能是不是沒查房呀。
房間佈局還不錯 全屋智能，茶文化，窗簾最好用，透紅底並且遮光好。
早餐價格真實惠，性價比高，口味可以。
退房態度可以，但也是沒有加分項，可能當時比較忙。沒有伴手禮啥的 也不是啥問題，本身就不應該慣這毛病，哈哈哈哈。

酒店超出了預期，一進酒店就感覺到是復古的風格，前台桃子，曉晨非常熱情，辦理入住的快，洋洋，歡歡，還介紹了附近的景點推薦了周圍的小吃，一楠和琪琪泡的茶很好喝，房間都是智能可控的還有小機器人，打掃的也乾淨，很滿意。

我對這家酒店的印象非常好，棠梨褐這三個字名字起的非常的有特點，一進大廳有一股茶香的味道，一楠小姐姐還給送上了一杯熱茶。前台服務員小姐姐曉晨和桃子非常的熱情，提供了周到的服務，讓我住的非常的舒心，歡歡和洋洋小姐姐還給介紹了房間設施設備，酒店距離大明湖非常的近，步行十幾分鐘左右，另外酒店還有健身房，讓我這個健身愛好者非常高興，洗衣房也提供很方便，退房的時候琪琪還送了兩瓶水，門口雖然在修建地鐵，但是希望修好以後酒店越來越好。

因為下雪被迫留在濟南，選擇這裏也確實很不錯，去之前看評論環境挺喜歡的，去了也確實如此，智能化居住環境，進大廳還有小童娛樂區，機器人🤖️孩子也很喜歡，最大的問題就是停車不太好停，而且外邊修地鐵會有噪音，其他都很滿意，下次去還會選擇。對了，還單獨給孩子準備的拖鞋和牙具，很貼心。

這次入住真的讓我感到非常滿意！從踏入酒店的那一刻起，工作人員的熱情接待就讓我倍感温馨。房間寬敞明亮，裝修風格簡約大氣，床品非常舒適，睡得很香。衞生條件無可挑剔，每一個角落都乾淨整潔。地理位置也很優越，周邊交通便利，步行就能到達附近的景點和商業區。
