沒有洗漱用品，打電話催了很多遍才給送過來）不提供毛巾，也沒有提前告知。拖鞋不知道多少人穿過，一股臭味，衞生間甚至沒有鏡子，紙巾吹風機啥的該有的都沒有，房間完全不隔音。從來沒有住過這麼差勁的民宿，幾十塊錢的平價賓館都比這個條件好，大家避雷吧，千萬別來。訂了兩天想退都不讓退，住進來之後出去玩的心情完全被毀了。

一進去到處都是灰，桌子上還是衞生間都是灰，還是合租的房間，顯示私人衞生間和私人浴室但是是好幾個人共用浴室，已經投訴退款了。

設施環境較差，洗漱用品不齊全，是出租房屋，臨時改的，無毛巾，房間似剛裝修，有異味，桌椅板凳破舊
