The hotel was fine. A little hard to find, but that is trip.com's fault, and not the hotel's fault. Trip.com doesn't show Chinese directions, only English names which make no sense in Jinan. When checking in, the hotel staff could not find my order. I showed them the printed paper, but they kept asking which booking site it was from. The reservation said "trip.com" but they didn't know what website that was. You really need to give us an option to print these confirmation numbers SOLELY in Chinese. This is a mainland China app, the foreigner's version should have a Chinese version. I wish I could use the 携程 version, but you don't let foreigners use it. Please change the foreigners app to have Chinese characters.

It was a very pleasant stay, the rom was clean and serviced daily, the staff very helpful! I totally recommend this hotel.

They have few experience on how to deal with foreigner, being difficult to talk to them even through the translator. The bedroom and the bathroom had a strong smoke smell. There were cigarettes and ashes at the floor of the bathroom. But the cost is ok for what they offer.

It's a very good hotel. The sanitation is very good. The room has no peculiar smell. The price/performance ratio is very high. The only thing I am not satisfied with is that the sound insulation is not good. When I sleep at night, I can still be woken up by the sound of banging and chirping outside in the middle of the night. The service is good, the check-in is convenient, and it can also be delayed!
