The room is very comfortable, the facilities are user-friendly, the bedside table has wireless charging, the toilet seat is automatically heated, fruit is delivered every night, breakfast is delivered in the morning, and there is a small refrigerator in the room. Unlimited supply of soft drinks, tea, coffee, water at no extra charge. The location is good, there is Ginza downstairs, near the hero mountain.

前台員工很有耐心，辦理完入住以後很熱情的介紹了早餐，而且早餐確實很豐盛，不衹是能吃飽，還能吃到濟南的特色美食，有把子肉，甜沫，還有黑色的香腸，第一次吃不過很喜歡，有個大姐專門在煮麪條，説話很温柔，就像自己的鄰居阿姨。房間的佈局很寬敞，衞生也很好，樓層也高，走廊的桌子上擺着好多礦泉水，害怕客人不夠喝的，服務真的非常不錯。還要感謝退房的時候，前台小姐姐送的小禮品，一把很精美的小扇子，好喜歡。

這家酒店的早餐好豐盛，還有一個區域能吃到各種沙拉，蒸蔬菜和蒸雜糧，還給專門準備了濟南的把子肉和一種特產的粥，真的健康又美味，這是我住的第一家早餐都能吃撐的酒店。前台服務員很熱情友善，大堂能喝到免費的茶水和咖啡，熱水也24小時供應，退房的時候，前台的一個女員工特別熱情的幫我們打包了礦泉水，很驚喜。如果下次來濟南還要住這家，房間很大，很乾凈，而且視野開闊，能直接看到千佛山。

從來沒有差評過任何商家，這次真的是太無語了，因為兩大人帶兩娃，五一期間家庭房（1米5和1米8床各一張）一共定了三天，第一天牆壁裏的空調管道聲音巨大，沒有怎麼睡好，第二天在外面玩的時候酒店打電話來是不是去反應了空調吵的問題，我以為是我老公去前台説了（結果我老公沒有去反應過這個問題），就説是的，然後對方就説今天有房間空出來可以換到另一間，我就確認了一下換的房間會安靜的多嗎？對方表示是的。結果等晚上回到酒店才發現換的房間外面的床變成了1.35米的臨時床（此前衹字未提過床變小的問題），兩個成人無法睡，馬上跟酒店溝通，酒店表示今天滿房了無法解決，後來店長打電話來還言之鑿鑿的説跟我確認了的，問我幾個人住我回答的三個人住，我們明明四個人我説三個人我是有病嗎？三個人我還花接近一千塊錢一晚來定這個家庭房我又是怎麼想的。拉鋸了一會，孩子已經困的開始鬧了，也衹能同意在小床旁邊拼個貴妃椅臨時將就一晚。第三天又給我們換了一個家庭房，但空調又一直不製冷，來的工作人員就衹有一句我們空調是寫字樓整體控制的，他們之前沒跟你説嗎，我説前兩天的房間空調都製冷的啊，又回我那就不知道了，總之就是沒法解決。幸好當晚濟南下雨降温，不然室內29℃的問題真是沒法睡覺。
到退房為止也沒有任何人來對他們主動讓我們換房的事做出任何解釋，我合理懷疑是把家庭房賣了個高價，讓我們去住套房臨時改造的雙床房，不然根本解釋不通。除了換房當晚我們發火以後現場工作人員有來道歉以外，酒店方之後沒有任何道歉或者其他彌補的言語或行為。本來我們是打算去投訴的，但想着又要去吵去掰扯，非常影響心情，本來就是來旅遊的，就算了，今天衹是記錄實情，並沒有因為生氣亂打分或者説假話。

酒店環境舒適，挺精緻的，前台小哥還給免費升級房型［強]酒店外觀也不錯，夏天到了周邊的花草都開放了，人間四月天，春色正濃重，桃之天天，灼灼其華，春光無限，酒店位置不錯，離火車站挺近的，早餐超級好，總之酒店整體來説挺不錯的，有什麼問題基本都滿足，值得推薦。
