其實位置也算便利，設施也還行，老闆態度也不錯，唯一不足的是外面有施工的，且整夜施工，但是這和住宿方無關，總體這個價格還行

地址位置挺好的，晚上睡覺周圍也比較安靜。房間設施挺齊全的，可以自己做飯。有大屏幕電視可以看，總體住宿比較滿意。

服務一般般吧，上午到的放個行李出去玩老闆一直想讓加錢提前住，有空房不提前安排可以理解，一直讓加錢就很煩，也不知是拒絕的原因還是留的酒店電話問題，拒絕後短號打不通，在樓下等的換了老闆短號才打通上去寄存行李（一個背包）

設施：東西很全，抽屜裏甚至有撲克牌，電視屏幕很大，投屏看很爽，廚房有喝的水和碗筷
衞生：沒有一次性拖鞋，毛巾是放在廁所外面的桌子上差點沒看見
服務：挺認真的

因為國慶決定出發去濟南的時間比較倉促了，綜合考慮價格、位置、可取消等因素，民宿是個不錯的選擇，這家店評價度還蠻高，而且面積大，有窗户、有洗衣機和冰箱還是吸引到我的。
優點：
1、飲食：附近靠近萬達廣場、餐飲較多，特色美食有外賣的話基本也在範圍內；
2、交通：距離趵突泉、大明湖、民族大街等基本都有直達公交車，直線距離也都在1-3公里左右，騎自行車也可以。
3、服務：老闆的服務態度還是很好的，並且洗衣機和冰箱可以用，有投屏，無線可用。
缺點：
1、民宿的用品是一客一換，不是一天一換，所以涉及到浴巾毛巾天天更換的，要主動提。
2、房間的設施情況有待提高，比如我們的房間洗手間門無法反鎖，廚房窗户無法關閉等，雖然不直接影響住宿。
3、大樓是商業公寓為主，人流較大，我們碰到了莫名其妙的敲門。
4、衞生條件一般，類似快捷標準。
