酒店的環境屬於是中高端，總體非常乾淨，工作人員和打掃阿姨都特別禮貌熱情，住了很多年各種各樣的酒店，他家服務算是挺好的了

辦理入住前台服務態度惡劣！！！不知道你拽個什麼勁 入住後房內設施一般 判斷不出是水流還是什麼啪嗒的聲音 非常亂人 屋內窗簾漏光 睡覺時候關閉總控燈 依舊有亮光 特別是走廊外面隔音效果極差 總是會被外面打掃衞生吵醒 影響睡眠 體驗感極差 離店前台服務態度惡劣！！！相對其他同星級酒店 莫蘭迪真是差到極點 一顆星都不想給 這個價格也沒讓我們體會到應有的服務價值😒😒😒

酒店位置不錯，周圍很多吃飯的地方，地下停車場有專門車位。一樓大廳裝修很好。房間隔音不錯，配套設施乾淨齊全，各類設施也挺新。前台服務很好。另外衷心感謝他們家客房服務，東西落在酒店會專門通知寄存。下次還會選擇他家。
