位置很好找，出了地鐵站走2分鐘，辦入住速度很快，前台工作人員笑容很甜美，不錯，房間衞生比較乾淨，設施挺好，早餐味道挺好，品種真多，性價比挺高的，後來有機會再來，

前台很不起眼、但酒店房內设備很新、衞生也打理很乾淨、离公车、地鉄、长途巴士站都很近、附近吃飯的地方都有又便宜～

居然酒店前台和樓梯不在一起，要出去在另一邊上電梯！！！前台服務態度極差，適當延遲退房居然讓辦理會員才可以，簡直無語了

首先 22號我來辦入住的時侯 由於考研我要延遲退房 當天晚上的前台跟我説延遲退房是30一個小時 然後看我是學生 給我38兩個小時 我也沒多想 直到我退房那天中午 前台給一位男士免費辦理了延遲退房 我感到納悶 為什麼同樣是客户 要這樣區分對待 並且我們考研下午也不在酒店 我找到前台 我找她理論 她卻找了兩個荒唐至極的理由搪塞我 毫無邏輯 而且酒店的客房在我沒有提出打掃房間的情況下進門打掃 而且被子也不乾淨 很差！！！！

屋裡特別冷，説是地暖所以沒有空調，地板冰涼，0度的天氣怎麼能舒服，住的還不是普通的便捷酒店，就是這種態度，前台衹會説在調温度，備用方案加熱工具也沒有，走廊都比屋裡暖活！！！！！
