The lady at the front desk who checked me in patiently explained the details of my stay with a sincere smile, and also helped me upgrade to a deluxe round-view room. I especially want to thank Manager Rose for her enthusiastic service and help. She was smiling all the way from check-in to check-out. It was really good.
