As a Ctrip diamond member, I rarely complain about hotels. I couldn’t help but complain this time. The first time I called the hotel after getting off the plane, I was told to pick up my luggage and then call to find out how to get picked up from the airport (they refused to explain it immediately). After picking up my luggage, I was told to wait for the bus at Gate 8. After coming out, I was told that I was not waiting at the exit, but had to go to Gate 8 where I arrived. But passengers are not allowed to go against the flow and re-enter the airport. Need to walk a long way and enter the airport again. Doesn’t the hotel know that guests carry heavy large and small suitcases? So irresponsible. Also when dropping off at the airport, the driver was reluctant to help carry the luggage and asked the guest: Since you can travel, can't you carry the luggage yourself? Terrible service, terrible experience. In today's service-oriented society, such crude software will never appear again!

每次坐飛機趕飛機時都是定的這個酒店，服務態度很好，酒店乾淨衞生，設施也都挺好的，機器人方便，安保措施也挺不錯的。照片沒拍，但一直相信這個酒店。

細節控狂喜！房間裏除了基礎設施，還配備了手機支架、蒸汽眼罩、耳塞等小物件，連充電線都準備了三種接口。衞生間乾濕分離，智能馬桶超方便，洗漱用品是大牌聯名款。隔音效果也很好，一覺睡到天亮，出差旅行都超合適！

跟家人出來玩選擇了這家酒店，房間很乾凈整潔，前台小美女也挺熱情的，還有去機場的班車，推薦入住
