Very satisfied with the hotel, very quiet and comfortable
Facilities: There is an electric toilet with complete facilities; there is a living room in front of the guest room for business work.
Hygiene: clean and tidy, the mattress is very soft and comfortable

濟南很好玩，有北方城市的大氣也有江南水鄉的秀美，我是對老建築很感興趣的所有看見老洋房就想住住看，首先這個樓就是藝術品很美，是山東東豐大銀行的舊址，彷彿穿越到電影裏面。裏面也別有洞天我辦理入住的時候專門有年輕人來打卡，裝修的很有品味，房間也乾淨整潔。重點是前台的大哥非常好很熱情，有什麼需求也第一時間處理，退房那天早上帶孩子去山東博物館參觀回來晚了，也沒有催促。總之是很好的體驗，下次來濟南還住這裏。附近的經三路也很好逛，彷彿到了上海的感覺

住個老洋房的特色，門口有免費停車場，內部環境也很有特色，房間乾淨衞生。走的時候孩子把電話手錶落下了，酒店工作人員熱心的幫忙郵寄了回來。非常棒。

是很有特色的老建築，所處的位置也很便利，出門吃逛都很方便。攜程的權益兑換的規則因為沒有及時更新，所以有些權益不能實現，但前台小哥也很積極的協調解決了。總之是一次很滿意的入住體驗，推薦～

設施：
酒店算是省級歷史文物，所以設施相對較舊，淋浴間頭頂噴頭需要清理一下，出水不順暢。
衞生：
總體來説不錯，唯一有點失望的是，保險櫃下面的抽屜裏竟然還有上一房客吃完的糖紙，估計是打掃衞生的阿姨覺得抽屜不會有人用，忽略了。
環境：
環境是真的很不錯，住在裏面非常安靜，可以在院子裏喝杯茶或是咖啡，民國風拉滿。
服務：
特別説一下，服務是沒得説，入住當天一位姓齊的男士接待的，幫忙安排車位，拿行李，介紹附近吃飯及遊玩的地方，第二天幫忙開發票，送至大門口，服務是真的沒話説。
晚上值班的阿姨服務也是很贊，有求必應，笑容親切。
設施問題估計跟酒店本身是歷史建築有關係。
總體來説還是很不錯滴。推薦啊。

因為是百年老建築，房間比較小，設施也不是很好使用，但是前來打卡的小姐姐絡繹不絕。服務員很負責很貼心，晚上回酒店比較晚，晾在陽台上的衣服幫我們及時收回房間裏了。酒店位置很優越，經二、經三、經四路都可以步行前往，附近吃飯也挺方便。

秋遊濟南，天氣不錯，在攜程網上預訂了這家由老洋行建築改建的酒店，儘管外觀和房間很有些歷史感，房間裏的設施還是很現代的。去經三路經二路都很近，周邊吃飯地方不少，服務不錯。
