地理位置很不錯，離山東博物館二三百米的距離，步行可達，適合帶孩子。房間整潔乾淨，空調給力，有窗有風景。有地下停車場，入住可享優惠，一天25元封頂。

因為是酒店式公寓，有佈置類似開放式廚房的結構，以及牆上滿布的沒用的擱架，所以房間可利用空間較小。估計整個房間也就4✖️7米左右，將將30平米吧，除去床的位置，乾濕分離的小衞生間，一個小三人沙發，一個小茶几，進去時候感覺好像是10幾平米的小房間，比較擁擠。
床和床品衞生基本合格。
房間小不是缺點，畢竟價格非常滿意。但最大的問題是房間內有黴味，角落裡的黴味比較重，不敢聞。必須全天開窗通風。

衞生很差勁，垃圾桶裏還有垃圾桌面有大量灰塵床上有頭髮。甚至櫥子裏還有一雙穿過的絲襪一股奇怪的味道。洗手池裡有大量的污垢
前台服務人員一點都不熱情。我是凌晨入住，因為地點原因找不到酒店，給前台打電話，衹告訴我從A座門進來上1306，但是並沒有告訴我a門怎麼走，導致浪費很多時間，上來以後一臉的不情願，好像我打擾他休息。
設施很差勁，是我住過斯維登家族裡麪最差勁的酒店，吹風機一會兒好，一會兒壞，浴室門口採用的是光面大理石地板，洗完澡出來以後非常的地滑，已經摔到了。這真的是我在斯維登酒店裡麪住的印象最差的一次。

非常差，衞生不好，牆上地上都是臟兮兮的，沒有擦臉的毛巾，衹有兩張一次性擦臉紙，廁所特別小，洗澡一地水，蹲馬桶衹能踩着水，電視沒有有線電視，衹有少的可憐的幾個免費電影可以看，床頭衹有一邊有插座，另一邊沒有，很不方便，被子蓋着身上刺撓，空調出來的風有股臭味，還有等電梯真的等超級久，總之體驗感太差了沒有下一次，第一次來濟南，失望。

攜程寫的是全屋地暖，結果是個破空調，嗡嗡的響，衞生清理的也不乾淨，毛髮在陽台上，櫃子上都有。浴室沒有洗澡的用品。被子也不暖和，孩子睡一覺凍的腳冰涼的。

總體還可以，住在高層，距離山東博物館也很近，衹能説一般啦，一開始位置不太好找，要走一個大樓梯，所以要好好查好。
