衞生很差勁，垃圾桶裏還有垃圾桌面有大量灰塵床上有頭髮。甚至櫥子裏還有一雙穿過的絲襪一股奇怪的味道。洗手池裡有大量的污垢 前台服務人員一點都不熱情。我是凌晨入住，因為地點原因找不到酒店，給前台打電話，衹告訴我從A座門進來上1306，但是並沒有告訴我a門怎麼走，導致浪費很多時間，上來以後一臉的不情願，好像我打擾他休息。 設施很差勁，是我住過斯維登家族裡麪最差勁的酒店，吹風機一會兒好，一會兒壞，浴室門口採用的是光面大理石地板，洗完澡出來以後非常的地滑，已經摔到了。這真的是我在斯維登酒店裡麪住的印象最差的一次。

非常差，衞生不好，牆上地上都是臟兮兮的，沒有擦臉的毛巾，衹有兩張一次性擦臉紙，廁所特別小，洗澡一地水，蹲馬桶衹能踩着水，電視沒有有線電視，衹有少的可憐的幾個免費電影可以看，床頭衹有一邊有插座，另一邊沒有，很不方便，被子蓋着身上刺撓，空調出來的風有股臭味，還有等電梯真的等超級久，總之體驗感太差了沒有下一次，第一次來濟南，失望。

衞生：房間很乾凈 環境：很好

攜程寫的是全屋地暖，結果是個破空調，嗡嗡的響，衞生清理的也不乾淨，毛髮在陽台上，櫃子上都有。浴室沒有洗澡的用品。被子也不暖和，孩子睡一覺凍的腳冰涼的。

總體還可以，住在高層，距離山東博物館也很近，衹能説一般啦，一開始位置不太好找，要走一個大樓梯，所以要好好查好。

衞生：一般，床單和被子感覺扎人，不是被子本身扎，猜測是漂白劑用多了，貼皮膚上使人不舒服 環境：還可以 服務：很熱情 設施：1.洗澡沒有涼拖，雖然後期給多拿了幾雙一次性拖鞋，但是洗澡沒法穿，很滑。關鍵孩子真的滑倒了。2.被子扎人不舒服。
