The hotel is in the Huimin Community, which is next to Baotu Spring Park. There are many scenic spots around, all within a 20-minute walk. Eating is also convenient. There are many shopping malls near Quancheng Square. You can also walk to Furong Street and Kuanhouli. Furong Street is less than 20 minutes' walk away, and Kuanhouli needs a few more minutes. We also went to Thousand Buddha Mountain and Shandong Provincial Museum, both of which were taken by taxi. Jinan is still a bit expensive to take a taxi, especially if the taxi is stopped directly on the road. We stayed in a two-room suite, the configuration of the old quarter, living in summer is still relatively shady, basically do not need to turn on the air conditioning at night. The kitchen utensils are complete, but we didn't cook our own meals. There are washing machines, water heaters, and the bathroom is relatively small, so it is not very convenient to take a bath. Without a TV but equipped with a projector, you can watch movies on your mobile phone. The four of us live together and it is very affordable. If there are a large number of travelers, it is still very cost-effective to live in this type of residential suite.

The rooms are very retro, and the transportation location is good, but it is not easy to find. In the middle of an old residential building with a special pyrotechnic a**osphere, the fifth floor …… just climbed Mount Tai the day before, standing downstairs with luggage Boxes and big bags, so melancholy!

地理位置不錯 不過小區有點老舊也不是很好找 還要爬樓 但……還是蠻喜歡這個民宿 一是房東很好 回覆很及時 二是有懷舊情懷 三是那兩本心情小記 一個人出來旅行有點無聊 然後把所有人寫的東西都看了一遍 路過別人的人生 感覺很有意思

房間打掃的很乾凈，住的很安心，晚上很安靜，睡得舒服，早上都不想起來了。房東還貼心了準備了礦泉水，超級贊，距離景點超級近，我們都是步行過去的，還吃了網紅大燒餅和草包，濟南很好，人也熱情，下次帶家人再來一次。

房間乾淨，位置方便，兩個標準床，適合一家四口出遊，房東很熱情，有問必答，推薦的美食和景點都非常滿意，錯峯出遊這個價格真的很有性價比。祝老闆生意興隆

説真的出來旅遊酒店民宿很關鍵!旅遊累了就想找個地方休息，地理位置沒的説樓下就是地鐵，去景點都很近，一下管家小姐姐都很熱情好客。超級滿意，房子收拾的乾淨衞生，床品睡着很親膚很贊,東西也都很齊全真的很放鬆，隔音也好很方便休息

離景點很近，房東還不錯，就是太老舊。老小區，幾十年前的裝修，配了些老物件。最差是房門，木門還透光，可以一腳踹開的。做民宿還是要考慮房客安全。

房間衞生整潔乾淨，佈置有特色，24h熱水，交通便利，步行十五分鐘可遊覽趵突泉、五龍潭等公園，值得推薦！
