Expo Garden Resort Hotel

There is a lake right in front of the door, which is good. But it’s a pity that I didn’t bring any running equipment. The swimming pool is open, but it’s a pity that I didn’t bring a swimsuit either. It’s relatively clean inside, which is okay. There are quite a lot of breakfast varieties, but I personally think it's average. This is the desk. The glass is too slippery and the mouse can't be used at all. Also, there is residual orange peel from the previous one. Although it's not a big problem, it's the most annoying thing. Some people were smoking on the non-smoking floor, and a bunch of people were smoking at the entrance to the elevator. It was probably someone holding a wedding banquet. This was quite annoying. Fortunately, I left the hotel right away. It didn’t leave much of an impression on me. It was annoying even if I stayed there. Lots of room for improvement.

I went to check in at night, but the bar at the entrance of the hotel didn’t lift up automatically. I contacted the hotel and told me to wait a moment. I waited at the door for 20 minutes in the freezing cold wind and didn’t reply. I called the hotel again, but I couldn’t understand it. Finally, I called the hotel again. Just wait a moment, listening to the confusion on the phone, I don’t know if I’m solving the problem for me, and after another wait, I’m told to go to the exit and enter, saying that the entrance is too far, and the staff opened the door too far, I I asked the staff where the exit was, but the staff couldn’t understand. We drove to find it in the middle of the night, and when we finally found it, the door still didn’t raise the bar. As a result, we continued to wait at the door in the middle of the night. I just want to know, since I was asked to enter through another door, why didn't I arrange someone to go there in advance. After checking in, the staff said that I would give me a satisfactory reply the next day, but I haven't replied yet, because I trust you and choose you, there is no Think of such a service.

每年都會帶着孩子去園博園玩，環境超棒，市區過來不到一小時，非常方便。這次來真的很感謝酒店的工作人員，特別是王榮東老師，我們帶着孩子想去對面的沙灘玩，因為是冬天，沒有共享單車也沒有船，王榮東老師親自送我們過去，讓我們坐在小車上遊覽了園博園的美麗風景，非常感謝
