Situated near a mall. Close to CBD area for all activities. Upon arrival, the room was different from what we saw in images. Further inspection showed dirt, dust, trash, and mold in areas. The bed was comfortable, but after seeing the rest of the room, it felt dirty. Flimsy disposable towels are provided once a day per person. A cabinet on display does not provide typical hotel items, such as coffee, tea, and sugar. Instead, it boasts a different type of single use items that made the bed feel dirtier. Our stay was during a popular holiday, so the price was through the roof, and the service provided left us feeling cheated.

The hotel don't look like the pictures, it felt like the Instagram vs reality. The staff was very helpful even though they didn't speak English. The location was good, but the room . The room had ants, they were noises in the hall all the time and the shower was not very useful. Not recommended.

非常推薦，環境舒適，位置很方便，吃飯玩樂都很好，晚餐叫了外賣也可以送到房間門口，總之是一次不錯的體驗，前台服務好，細節滿滿，走時項鍊落到房間了，肯定是保潔阿姨打掃衞生髮現，給前台説了，然後前台跟我聯繫提醒，並保存，非常感謝🙏

唉，老闆很好，衞生也行，就是隔壁房間的住客大半夜不睡覺，還有隔壁酒店的老闆娘半夜説話吵的睡不着，不可控因素啊，難過，第二天趕車，凌晨三點才睡着，老闆還讓我第二天換房間我選擇沒換的，真是後悔，不過這個也不怪他們。

位置真的非常好！建議搞個入住指南，方便先到正確的門進去。前台小姐姐很親切，辦入住的時候一直接電話教客人怎麼找上來。我也轉悠半天。房間整體還可以。清潔度可以再提高，床邊掛燈灰塵清理一下，入住體驗更佳。

【服務熱情】前台兩位工作人員服務態度確實好！一進大樓，尤其辦入住時，出電梯一拐彎兒就似曾相識，和工作人員閑聊，説我們哪年來過，18、19記不清了，前台美女説不可能是18，酒店19年開業，那年周杰倫在濟南開演唱會，5年了……回來一查，20年6月去的，證明她説得沒錯，我們也大概率在此住過一回。
【設施陳舊、衞生一般】房間與照片有一定差別，房是那個房，但遠不如照片上鮮亮，設施比較陳舊——確有5年了！衞生打掃得一般，吊燈架上的灰能理解，床頭上一層灰就差點兒意思。午後想眯會兒，剛躺下，空調出風口一角開始漏水，水流入住，忙關空調，聯繫前台，拍視頻發過去；一會兒，工作人員來看一眼就走了，説去找維修人員。我們便去逛萬象城，晚上回來空調沒再出這病。據説酒店合同今年到期，要重簽，不知會不會藉機再裝修一下，但願吧。
【逛萬象城方便】酒店就位於萬象城商圈，出寫字樓走幾步便進入萬象城，這點是別的酒店不能比的。
【停車】自駕來的，就停車事宜提前諮詢酒店，説附近有停車場，與酒店的協議價是2元/小時、上不封頂，我們住了一天，花了48。停車場位於萬象城東北角（與喜茶店隔一條小路），在地下二層吧。停好車就近找電梯，沒有，電梯間似荒廢已久。從漆黑的、滿是灰塵的電梯間走上來，頗有拍電影的感覺。負一層迎接我們的是衹可愛的胖貓，好神奇！這層好像部分還在營業……轉了幾圈來到地面，發現對面就是喜茶，步行個幾百米就到了酒店所在的寫字樓。
我想給店家一個好評，但要説明：這次總體入住體驗十分一般，如果還是這水平，我是不會再住了。
