Excellent! The location is superior and the appearance is majestic. The lobby is very spacious, and the lady who checked in was very fast and took the initiative to keep my ID card for me. When you enter the room, you will see welcome fruit, the bed has been opened, the slippers are opened and placed on the floor towel in front of the bed, there are mineral water and cups on the bedside table, and there is a hair dryer plugged in on the sink. 一進酒店感覺就不一樣，酒店位置離高鐵西站很近，從下車到房間全程都有服務人員帶領，房間乾淨衞生，床品也很舒服，客房人員每次見面都笑嘻嘻的打招呼給人感覺特別親切，房間還給準備的水果和小零食，一樓還有魚池，感謝前台小馮，看我帶着孩子主動幫忙升級了房間還準備了孩子的洗漱用品，下次來濟南肯定首選這裏

房間設施設備齊全，空間大，床睡着特別舒服！酒店環境非常好，房間乾淨整潔，安排的房間周圍環境安靜住的非常舒服，服務周到，酒店對客服務特別好，給入住的客人安排了好多禮物，下午茶！周邊交通便利！大力推薦！！

朋友過來，幫朋友安排的房間，主要是距離西客站近，距離車程也就20分鐘。酒店樓層不高，最高6層，不過進來感覺很大，大堂也很寬敞明亮，服務人員態度都很好。房間乾淨衞生，樣子也是我喜歡的，很有温馨的感覺。各種配備也挺齊全，總之住起來很舒服。晚上還有送水果和酸奶，真是貼心。

非常一次不錯的體驗哦！這家服務沒得説，一進門就有服務人員幫忙拉行李，進到房間有新鮮的水果，房間設施很齊全！位置也很方便出門就是高架，離店時大堂王玉娟經理還主動詢問入住體驗，下次來濟南還會選擇舜和！
